The "DBZ Budokai 4" mod Project is a fan-made modification of the original "DBZ Infinite World" on PS2, running on PCSX2 emulator.
It features new gameplay, fixed fatigue system, new Comeback System, new costumes, new characters, new stages, new transformations, new capsules, new moves, new movepools, new inputs, new Specials, new RTFs, removed Aura Burning and many other Quality-of-Life features and improvements.
This Project was born from the collaboration between NIM and Dr. Doppietta, with the partecipation of other modders like SamuelDoesStuff, MetalFrieza3000, Gibz and ASTR47 / Trevon1344.
All credits to them.
About this match-up: it was requested by "Renato Ganaldi" & "Ettore Filippo Russo". Yes, two people happened to request the same match.
In the first one, Janemba had his manga colors costume, while in the second the Baby Janemba costumes. The first was made by MetalFrieza3000, while the second is from SamuelDoesStuff.
Also, Janemba had "Tenacity" in the first match, but not in the second.

Ooh, Galick Gun and Ki Blast Barrage are nice additions to his moveset.

There were no custom Ults here, only a new RTF. We can't create scripted cutscenes.

I am not sure they can add stuff from raging blast. Just tenkaichi, shin budokai and BL. Vegeta in RB2 has PuiPui finisher.
