I wouldn't say to give your hopes up, apparently cooler and 17 had this issue too and their interactions were patched in after their release so odds are favoring that they'll do the same for baby when the next patch comes with the release of ssj4 gogeta
Ssj4 Gogeta means Goku and Vegeta's voice actors are coming back, which will in turn enable them to make more voice lines at least that's why I think it takes a little bit for them to do the voices they would rather wait

because fans keep complaining that he sounds British so he decided to do the deep voice then went back to the combinaition of Goku and Zamasu's voice(the British voice)
They dubbed Black’s Season 1 and Season 2 lines before the dub decided what his voice was going to be. The problem that causes his voice to fluctuate so much between these two seasons is that Japan/Toei doesn’t give the dub actors backstory information if a character appears in a game before the anime(to avoid plot leaks, I suppose). They just tell them “this character needs an English voice, but we can’t tell you what the backstory is. All we can say is that it’s Evil Goku. Figure it out.” This situation is so difficult that sometimes, the dub actors didnt even realize Rose Black and base Black are the same “person”, and that’s why sometimes the overtly British voice sounds really jarring next to Batman Goku and vice versa. By the time season 3 came around, Black’s English voice was finished and his arc had already aired in English. So his Season 3 quotes(vs UI Goku, Master Roshi, Kefla) sound like what his finalized dub voice really is.
I hope that if super or dragon ball in general gets to an older pan maybe goten or even teenage, they make her have the will to fight like Goku and Vegeta. Hell she's just a baby and can already fly who knows what kind of untapped potential she may have. They could even say she inherited unlocked potential from Gohan and due to having been part of the god ritual while in the womb, it could have effected her s-cell level to be higher than normal. Right now it seems like the only z-fighter that has any potential for competing with the main saiyans will be uub in the future. The z-fighers can use one more person atleast.

Oh, and the one that looks like a generic quote for Saiyans likely triggers on every Saiyan that doesn't have another quote (like Bardock or either Broly). I have no way to check though beyond seeing other videos.

I wouldn't say to give your hopes up, apparently cooler and 17 had this issue too and their interactions were patched in after their release so odds are favoring that they'll do the same for baby when the next patch comes with the release of ssj4 gogeta
Ssj4 Gogeta means Goku and Vegeta's voice actors are coming back, which will in turn enable them to make more voice lines at least that's why I think it takes a little bit for them to do the voices they would rather wait

because fans keep complaining that he sounds British so he decided to do the deep voice then went back to the combinaition of Goku and Zamasu's voice(the British voice)
DBFZ was made around the time of the Goku Black arc, I guess they had no idea what they wanted to do with Black’s voice back then.
They dubbed Black’s Season 1 and Season 2 lines before the dub decided what his voice was going to be. The problem that causes his voice to fluctuate so much between these two seasons is that Japan/Toei doesn’t give the dub actors backstory information if a character appears in a game before the anime(to avoid plot leaks, I suppose). They just tell them “this character needs an English voice, but we can’t tell you what the backstory is. All we can say is that it’s Evil Goku. Figure it out.”
This situation is so difficult that sometimes, the dub actors didnt even realize Rose Black and base Black are the same “person”, and that’s why sometimes the overtly British voice sounds really jarring next to Batman Goku and vice versa.
By the time season 3 came around, Black’s English voice was finished and his arc had already aired in English. So his Season 3 quotes(vs UI Goku, Master Roshi, Kefla) sound like what his finalized dub voice really is.

I hope that if super or dragon ball in general gets to an older pan maybe goten or even teenage, they make her have the will to fight like Goku and Vegeta. Hell she's just a baby and can already fly who knows what kind of untapped potential she may have. They could even say she inherited unlocked potential from Gohan and due to having been part of the god ritual while in the womb, it could have effected her s-cell level to be higher than normal. Right now it seems like the only z-fighter that has any potential for competing with the main saiyans will be uub in the future. The z-fighers can use one more person atleast.

Baby's quote with Krillin also triggers with Tenshinhan and Yamcha I believe. And Adult Gohan can get the "your body is far too weak unlike your father's" quote he uses on Trunks too. Oh, and the one that looks like a generic quote for Saiyans likely triggers on every Saiyan that doesn't have another quote (like Bardock or either Broly). I have no way to check though beyond seeing other videos.
