Indoor stadium has a smaller capacity than the national stadium, of course it doesn't make sense to change the jjlin concert location because it was planned many months ago. Furthermore, concerts are more profitable than football matches (concert tickets are hunfreds of dollars) so it makes sense why they don't change location
