    You know what ? This was the game of life for Ryu. He bet his whole life on this game. Look at his eyes. The world around him disappeared except Wang Hao and the ball. And he took hold of the victory. Now he enjoys life and became a world celebrity in sport. He is a real risk taker and winner.

    Wang Hao is too conservative in both his playing style and personality, this to some extent can explain why he is 3 times Olympics silver medalist but every time just one step away from a champion. He lacks the ambition and variability under high pressure. No doubt he has the best RPB skills, but still RPB will never be as consistent as shakehand even it's for Wang Hao, and you can see in this match when behind he tends to rely more on RPB. Although forehand is never a strong point for Wang Hao, but when playing with player like Ryu who has very strong and spinny forehand attach, RPB won't be reliable. And Ryu has better server than Wang Hao and he played very smart in this game to return the ball in big angles trying to move Wang Hao around and forced him to make fault

    just how is it that Wang Hao lost two CL finals against penholders without RPB :S

    • @dickn.ormous1064
      @dickn.ormous1064 6 месяцев назад

      Because he can't block shit with that bh.It's only good for offense and neutral rallies.Plus,at the time he could only flick the ball cross court which made his openings predictable.
