One of the neat things about the 4k player MrBeast server was that they actually enabled building within that 4 quadrant area after a while. The world was seamlessly synced across all the divided servers, and even things like pvp, player collisions (being pushed around by other players), and worldedit (used to replace border between quadrants with barriers after players kept breaching it, which we breached again by going over it after the change) worked. It was essentially a short-lived thousand player SMP, and surprisingly players were actually quite cooperative, even after pvp was enabled. It really felt like it was just a really big minecraft server and not a linked network of smaller ones. And to be honest, knowing the limits of modern minecraft servers, the way they did it is probably the ONLY way to break the old record, because I doubt even a supercomputer could handle an individual minecraft server with 4k players.

Dont feel bad, I made my own skins back then and I still use one that I made in 2013 and updated when 1.8 came out. Even worse, it was an attempt to mesh some team crafted members skins
Kelanduo will live on in his art. Rest in peace legend!
Just wanna mention that the other mapart made "in survival without mods" was in fact made with Schematica and dupes on 9b9t, an anarchy server. Also sadly it got leaked and griefed due to a backdoor :(
All that parkour to get higher than everyone on the 4k players server finally payed off, I can see my orange stupid self above the crowd lol
I really don’t like finding out people are dead so abruptly it’s makes me feel icky
Yo what's the shader you're using at 0:37?
"MrBeast holds the title of Most Online Players in One Server"
Well no kidding, it's MrBeast. It's a given. I'm pretty sure if he wanted to, he can buy an island, tell all of his fans to live there, and hold the title of a RUclipsr Country and be more populated than most Southeast Asian countries; 74.8 Million subscribers is only a few numbers shy from the population of Turkey which is 78.2 Million as of July 1, 2015

What a lovely interesting Video 🙌
Diamond assasin is most downloaded because of popular minecraft youtuber at the time - frost ( he is Russian)
Ah interesting
I actually find people using others' skins weird. If it's for making a video or roleplay, that's fine. But, someone casually using someone else's skin is kinda creepy to me
It was so cool to be part of the most players on a single world record. When we beat the record it was hype.
The minecraft community can really do some awesome things!
