How often to charge? Wait till battery is 20% or top off frequently keeping it at 80%. Does frequent charging and charging above 80% harm the cells?

i don't have this model, but generally the advice is not to leave the car at a high (or low) state of charge for extended periods... so if you charge to 100% and then keep driving, that's fine. But if you charge to 100% and then leave your car for the week, then that will degrade your battery if you do it frequently.

At night why not use voice control to adjust climate control temps.

yes, and charging at home sometimes is more complicated because the home chargers have more options!
