If you don't want to spend money to buy one you can make it yourself from things you would throw away anyway. There are a bunch of tutorials online
Step 1: get a 3d printer
Step 2: learn how a sterling engine works
Step 3: modify the design to add a stick/spoon to the bottom and allow it to spin while using the heat to stir it

I don't get that, as some non-radioactive elements are more toxic than some of the radioactive ones. And past U- 92 , they are all synthetic, i.e. Not really elements IMO , and arguably there are only about 90 that exist naturally IIRC.

Now, I am no science expert, but because of Google and game shows I know that you could put a little sample of Brazil nut in the radium periodic tamle lemp. Brazil nuts have a large amount of radium witch acures with withering uranium and thorium. Hell, radium is used in glow-in-the-dark- clock heads so a small amount would be safe. (I had to do a project and I chose to research and talk about radium, that is why I have an extensive knowledge of Radium.)

@funnyfish1982 uranium isn't really that radioactive compared to other things. In fact, in the US you can keep a surprisingly large amount of raw/ore without a license. (I was curious so I looked it up)

I owned the exact model he's using in the video and the bottom diaphragm is loosely secured to the shaft so lighting a candle under it will cause it to break after about 10 minutes of run time. He's doing an affiliate market schtick, don't buy this model it's cheaply made

If you look closely, periodic table actually have Uranium and Thorium inside. ( Due to their low activity in small amounts and the fact that thoriumand uranium 238 are very easy to get.

LOL, I dunno. I think Sheldon would have multiple propblems with the periodic table: 1.it's chemistry, 2. it's incomplete without the radioactive elements and 3. it lights up like like those gimmicky commercial lights at Christmas. I think he'd like the stirling engine more. I think he could overlook the fact that it's engineering as it's demonstrating a physical principle, But he's bound to have a special mug that nobody else is allowed to touch which is specifically for use with the stirling engine.

I got the periodic table a while ago and i love it. It’s very durable so dropping it hurts your floor more than anything else. While it does contain some radioactive elements such as some type of uranium they are in such low qualities that they are totally safe as for the gaseous elements they are kinda boring. Also unlike people say I am pretty sure it is quite cheap maybe $30 (without the cool stand that I didn’t get)
