Hello, Are you able to talk about what happend to China and India after the war? Because when the radio jammer was distroyed in the first game, they're were no light signals from there.
What i really love about metro in the games and the books is how typical artyom is i mean in the books he was just a 20 year old man set on a mission given to him by stranger i mean he dose have a connection to the dark ones in the way that they try to make contact with hin but otherwise he is just a regular man and all his qualities come from within and even so no aspect of his personality is so exaggerated that it might break the immersion all his traits both physical and physiological don't seem unrealistic that in itself is the sole reason i love artyom he reminds us that no matter where our life has taken us we can take fate into our own hand and make a difference
@@barryallen821 no way game artyom is human, motherfucker stares down librarians without shitting and pissing his pants, as is the appropriate response
@@Its_Noctus Mad max isnt really a video game worth playing, its more that the films are probably the best post apocalyptic movies ever made. Escpecially mad max 2 and furry road.
Metro is such a beautiful game in both atmosphere and story. Life down in the metro may not be easy or safe, but if you can survive, you can thrive. I really love the lore of Metro and watching lore videos like this one is very enjoyable. So thanks for the video, and very enjoyable narration. Keep up the great work.
"If it's hostile, you kill it..." Words to live by, in the real world, the weak lose. Metro taught me to prepare for a scenario like this, I've got the food, arms, tools, shelter, and knowledge to survive in many different disaster scenarios for a significant period of time. Thanks, Dimitri.
@@samuraitadpole5459 Aaaaaaall the time, I always respond with something similar to "I'm preparing to help myself and my family, I can't help anyone else." People have time to prepare for anything right now, so I can't help but feel annoyed whenever I hear something like that
I started as a fan of the Fallout series, but I think Metro is my favorite. When it first came out I was too young I didn't really understand the story just wanted action. When I went back and played through the series it quickly became one of my top five of all time. To the point my next tattoo will be the rangers symbol. The vibe of Metro I love when you're on the populated stations something just feels cozy to me idk lmaoooo
I imagine you're dressed like a professor who's doing a long lecture in Metros version of high school, and you're using all the footage like slides. Informative and charming is what I would call your personality in this case.
Amazing video I am looking forward to the sequel of metro exodus. I would team up with artyom and his Spartan friends especially their cool gear and weapons 😎
I love your content, well mostly Metro I've spent most of my time on your channel with Metro content. I can't wait for their next major game, the sequel to Exodus.
In terms of atmosphere The devs of metro are leaps and bounds beyond 90% of what bethesda has. These dudes have not missed and even their technical issues and bugs ARE LESS ANNOYING Metro>Wasteland>Bethesda Fallout
Wouldn't it be great if 4A Games made an RPG centered around Polis. Working for all the different divisions to keep the station going, establishing trade routes and alliances, cleaning out tunnels, going up top to find artifacts for the scientists. Working your way up the ladder and making a cozy living quarters for yourself in the station. There could be a major attack on the station at the end of the game and depending on which missions you completed, different factions and groups at Polis contribute to the battle
In an ideal situation, a clean place like Lake Baikal in Metro Exodus would be a nice place to live. Yes, there will still be dangers like bandits, monsters, lack of resources or such, but that's here nor there. It'd be better with a small community too. Beats living in the Metro and all.
As a Russian would just like to say dont worry about how you pronounce Russian as long as your trying your best 90 percent of Russians won't care and actually are more likely to appreciate the fact that your trying to speek the language
In the books, it just depends how good/bad a faction was doing in the year before. The wall-dudes (forgot what they're called - Watchers I think?) are the reason why no faction will die out. If a faction is doing really bad, the wall-dudes will help the faction to build up by unknown means (see the Fourth Reich in 2035 experiencing the same as Germany after WW2). If a faction is doing really well, the wall-dudes will make sure the faction will suffer for the next year (see the Red Line suffering from a mushroom famine in 2035). Can't explain it better, just read the books🗽
For me my location to live in would be tiga or the forest. It has trees water and animals and some houses and it looks cool and not that hot just right.
How come sevestopskersk (The Power Generating Station) needs to keep the doors open for the generators,im guessing its because of the wind from outside being needed to cool the generators, but if thats not the reason, what is?
In 2013 I was 17 years old. 1.At that time I was learning basic Russian. I am multilingual. So I would probably be force to be a translator or records keeping.😅 2. I would probably get killed because I am an American.😂 3. Die of some sort of cancer from eating radioactive food.😮 4. Or I'll be force to be a security. And get eaten by some god forsaken beast.😂
You are one of the lucky ones Me: i died in the blast????? no! it's much worse than that you live in the metro drinking mushroom tea and eating fried rats. Me:😢

very happy for this video man cant see myself watching it again probably alot XD

@barryallen821 the ending in the books is kind of the opposite...
It's very sad, yet kinda realistic I guess....
