Love him or hate him you can’t blame Lee for feeling this way he’s kept his principles and never changed his stance on arteta it’s hard to find fans who hold their team to account in the way Lee has. People try to say he has an agenda against arsenal but those same fans fail to shine a light on when he does praise the players when they do well in the same way he criticises them. For all of the Arteta fanboys than blame a bad bench for our struggles, Klopp took Liverpool to a Champions League final in his second full season with a bench consisting of Adam Lallana, Emre Can, Nathaniel Clyne, Ragnar Klavan, Alberto Moreno, Simon Mignolet, and Dominic Solanke. Luis Enrique won the Champions League at Barcelona amidst a two year transfer ban with a terrible bench as well. Other than Pedro, their bench consisted of an end-of-career Xavi, Jeremy Mathieu, Rafinha, Marc Bartra, Munir, and Thomas Vermaelen.
Yes we have a bad bench, and Arteta has had four years and 680 million to fix that.

Regarding Rooney, I think he was just exhausted. Rooney at Saka's current age won multiple PL titles, a champions league title and won pretty much everything you could at club level. I think the disappointment of losing Ronaldo and Tevez as partners, losing two champions league finals, then losing Fergie was the reason Rooney never did it in later years.

Rooney played senior top level football from the age of 16...he started declining heavily around 28. that's 12 years at the top. normally players start at about 20 and finish at 32-33... 12 years. Rooney also had a bad lifestyle with things like smoking drinking and bagging hookers. he never looked after himself like a giggs or cr7. 12 years at the level he played at very good. he was elite player who would have lasted long with a little more self care
Saka will never reach even a young 19 year old Rooney's level. Theres nothing Saka does that players like Bowen, Olise etc don't do. Rooney only fell off because of his workrate playing behind different STs and then Moyes taking over yet he still won trophies.

His bullock decisions at that time were in the best interests of the club and to get the best performances . This was only the fourth game I watched of us This season because as soon as the Havertz signing happened I knew my so called club weren't serious about winning football matches.
The fact is we would've won like 3-1 at least if we have Haaland instead of Havertz at that position. The amount of chances he missed is ridiculous. Unfair to blame the backline, as they don't even play worse than Liverpool's backline.
