Absolutely awesome talent. Just saw them live today in Brookings, Oregon. Unbelievable. They are all amazing talents, but that tuba player...doing solos and making them sound like I've never heard on a tuba before and I know tubas!!! Yay!
60 yrs ago Maurice did things we couldn't believe. 40 yrs ago the Canadian Brass did this and we couldn't believe it. Now it is part of the standard repertoire and that is unbelievable. Very fine job and at such a tempo!

Interesting tuba, I guess they have to make it compact so he can hold it standing up, but it looks so much more complex than an average middle school tuba. This group would be perfect to show to my middle school bras players, might inspire them
