*LYRICS*
AN AMERICAN EAGLE TATTOOED ON HIS LEFT ARM
OLD GLORY FLYING PROUD ON THAT EAST BOUND WESTERN STAR
AN MIA STICKER FOR HIS BROTHER’S STILL MISSING
PRAYING THAT SOMEHOW THEY MAKE IT HOME
HE DRIVES ACROSS THIS COUNTRY FROM SEA TO SHINING SEA
REMEMBERING THE SACRIFISE AND HOW FREEDOM DON’T COME FREE
A WINDSHIELD FULL OF WHAT HE LOVES TAKE’S PRIDE OF WHAT HE DID AND DOES
THIS SOLDIER SHIFTS ANOTHER GEAR AS HE ROLLS ON
STAR’S AND STRIPE’S AND WHITE LINES
CHARGING THROUGH THE LONG NIGHT
LIKE AN 18 WHEEL CALVARY
LOADED DOWN WITH LIBERTY
TELL ME WHERE WOULD AMERICA BE
WITHOUT STAR’S AND STRIPES AND WHITE LINES
HE THINKS ABOUT HIS BABIES SAFE AND SOUND ASLEEP AT HOME
AND HE KNOWS ONE DAY THEY’LL UNDERSTAND THE REASON’S HE’S BEEN GONE
TALK ABOUT A HEROE MAN I’D SURE LIKE TO SHAKE HIS HAND
TAKE THE TIME TO THANK THE MAN THAT KEEPS THIS COUNTRY STRONG ( WITH )
(CHORUS)

It was so much fun making this video with everyone. We were in the white Peterbilt pulling the horse and flag trailer. I would love to see a MAGA Rally of trucks across the country and Tony's song played full blast in the lead.
I'm a United States Army veteran. I served in Iraq and now I'm an over the road trucker and this video makes me so damn proud of what I've done and what I do. To all of my fellow veterans and truckers out there thank you, and thank you Tony for being our voice and for making us proud to do what we do.
Thank you for serving our country. I se your profile picture nice truck dude.
First Generation Mexican-American, Born here, 24 year old, 18 Gear Jammin,Outlaw rollin, proud to call this country home, i fly old glory high and proud, will break the face of anyone to disrespect what some give their life too 🇺🇸
Stacks3892 totally agree thank you for your service.
Thank you for your service out there for the ones who are out driving truck
My father never served in the military but he did drive a rig his whole life. He left it and went right back to it not long before he got sick. He got sick with stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer and it took only 2 months for him to go from the man i knew to a tired man that couldn't open his eyes. He now drives the roads of heaven and i hope to see him again someday.
My dad didn't ask for appreciation, he didn't ask for thanks, he did it because he loved doing it.
Thank you to all the truckers out there that dont just hold the steering wheel. I appreciate everything yall do.
This comment is for carolina Kit (my dads cb handle)
Respect for Carolina Kit RIP my fellow trucker!
I'm a 55 year old Navy VET, served 10 years on 3 Warships, all Sea Time as a Boatswain's Mate. Now, I'm closing in on 25 years of Trucking as of June 2018. I am *_EXTREMELY PROUD_* to be both, and even more proud to be associated with the THOUSANDS of Americans I have worked with through these 35 total years of Global Navigation!
*SEMPER-FI Brothers & Sisters, Godspeed!*
Respect ! Thanks for your service
Thanks for all you do.
SEMPER FI!
Thank you for your service brother
I proudly salute you Sir. Semper Fi. God bless all the armed forces and all my brothers and sisters on the road across the greatest country in the world.
Thank you for your service. OOHRAH
In May of last year San Antonio, Texas had a Parade (River Parade) on the the River Walk honoring America's Heroes, exery branch of our Armed Forces was recognized and Honored that day. It was the seventh time that the Parade was held. God Bless You.
Canadian truckers bearing down on Ottawa right now. Definitely an 18 wheeled cavalry loaded down with liberty
Proud to be a truck driver! Just so happens I have a Western Star...
had a chance to buy a 1968 White 4900 western star with a 22' all steel bed and hoist for $2,100 one day, regret it now
Man that put a tear in my eye...I served in the Cavalry for 9+ years and I'm a 2nd generation truck driver. The construction company I work for has 3 drivers who are Vets and at least 3 more vets employed in other positions
Aaron Sanborn thank you for your service fellow brother in arms.
"18 wheeler Calvary, loaded down with Liberty" that might be the most American thing I've ever heard.
Joe Dirt
L Troop 3rd Squadron 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment Jan 97 to March 2002
2nd Squadron 14th Cavalry 1st Brigade 25th Infantry Division April 2002 to December 2005.
I'M also a 2nd Gen truck driver
Aaron Sanborn Thank you for your Service Sir, Stay safe out there!
Yes,but the word is 'Cavalry'. Calvary is the place where Jesus Christ, our Lord and savior was crucified. People often mix them up. Both bring up powerful emotions
@@dougkratz5269 yeah you said it!🇺🇸
@@feminismiscancer5318 thx bro. GO BIRDS!
To everyone watching this video who is a trucker or military vet, God bless you and thank you for your service. I am a great-grandson of a WWI vet and grew up in trucks across all lower 48 states and I love this song!
I'm not a huge Tony Justice fan due to some of his lyrics or song titles being profane, but this song and his duet rendition with Arron Tippin of "Brothers of the highway" are the best trucking songs I have ever heard. These two songs say everything American Truckers are and what we stand for.
I'm heading for college and the U.S Air Force to become a reserve fighter pilot, but my goal is to become a rancher and produce/cattle trucker based in West Texas.
The love in the comments from other countries is very humbling.
I am from UK. I love Tony Justice's music. It awesome!
My comment will be from Russia small town Astrachan. This song really like fo me.

Being of the Indian decent in America makes me proud. I am an American and i wear it proud. God bless the best country in the world. Never forget the men and women that fought for our freedom so we can live the lives we do today. Respect that flag blowing it the wind.. Respect to Tony, once again you have made another great song that has such a deep meaning to it
I think of the military past, present and future several times a day.
Yes I agree
@@pointingdog7235 as do I being prior service it’s on my mind a lot, this country needs a big shot of patriotism. If you want to live here and enjoy the fruits of someone else’s labor and sacrifice then by God you better love this country 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
My dad. God rest his soul drove for 30 years without so much as a fender bender. He’s been gone 20 years now and still think about him everyday. I thank God for the brave soldiers who make our freedom possible.
As an Iraq veteran and trucker this song hits home in more way than one. Thank you Tony for keeping it All American!

This is the first time I've seen this video and I have to say that I'm a proud American Puerto Rican descent and first generation truck driver. I was in tears but happy in a sense that my late grandfather served in the Korean War. In the beginning of the video it showed The Great American Flag With The Veterans That Served Our Great Country I Salute You All For The Sacrifice You All Have Given Passed And Present. I also have to say to All Truck Drivers Veterans and New Drivers, Thank You For Your Sacrifice For Your Service Out Here On The Road And Getting It Done Safely. Thank You Brothers And Sisters Of The Road Getting It Done. Chris you did it again. Thx for this video

Keep the sunny side up and the greasy side down. And we'll keep feeding America.
Patriotism is the key to freedom, also as an American trucker I Always proudly wave the American flag over the highway, and the flag is always strapped to the back of my semi truck and never forget about the people who died and risked their lives for this country
This song makes me be grateful and humble and proud to be an American trucker, for being able to be out there getting it done for 20 years, I started in '86 when we all looked after each other and there was always somebody willing to stop and help you if they could, it was a Brotherhood and I have heard that with the young new breed of drivers it is not the same
Never forget.
Thank you, GCFF, God bless America and for those past present and future you will never be forgotten life liberty and pursuit of happiness

An american eagle
Tatoowd on his left arm
Old glory, flat and proud
On that eastbound Western Star
He's got a MIA sticker
For his brothers that he still misses
Carrying it somehow and make it home
He drives across his country
From sea to shining sea
Remembering his sacrifice how freedom don't comes free
With the windshield full of what he loves
Takes pride of what he did and does
This soldier grabs another gear
He rolls on
Stars, Stripes and White Lines
Charging thru the long night
Like an 18 wheeled cavalry
Loaded down with liberty
Where would america be
Without stars, stripes and white lines?
He thinks about his babies
Safe and sound at sleep at home
And he knows someday they'll understand
The reasons he's been gone
Talking 'bout a hero, man
I'd sure like to shake his hand
It takes its time to thank the man
That keeps his country strong
Stars, Stripes and White Lines
Charging thru the long night
Like an 18 wheeled cavalry
Loaded down with liberty
Where would america be
Without stars, stripes and white lines?
Stars, Stripes and White Lines
Charging thru the long night
Like an 18 wheeled cavalry
Loaded down with liberty
Stars, Stripes and White Lines
Charging thru the long night
Like an 18 wheeled cavalry
Loaded down with liberty
Where would america be
Without stars, stripes and white lines?
An american eagle
Tatooed on his left arm
Old glory flat and proud
On that eastbound
Western Star
My deceased husband was in Vietnam and he was a trucker too I really like this song ❤
Amazing song Tony Justice.
All we need is more respect for our hauliers. I am thinking of joining the industry. You only get food in shops and your bellies because of hauliers.
You only get your new car which was moved on a back of a truck.

Thank you brother truckers and Veterans
I cannot do this anymore but by God I am damn proud and thankful for the 18 years I had starting in '85, That does not match what a lot of drivers put in on the road, I did the best I could until i was told by the doctor told me I needed to quit. I have a new doctor in 2020 and come hell or high water I am finding away to come back out there the desire is still strong in my heart
this is why i love America i mis the times the cars where not made from plastic but from steel and the trucks looked like real trucks
Iam a vet but Thank you for your service I was just getting out of hs when they were still bringing the enlisted home from veitnam started out here over 50 yrs ago and I still love it. Take care brother.
I was in the army as a Armor crewman , and now I have my CDL and soon beginning with my first trucking company. This song touches me in a way I never thought possible.
129 bleeding heart liberal snowflakes, but a big Thank You from the Lone Star to all that have served our great nation in the military and now as truck drivers and coming from the very proud grandson of a United States Marine , Semper Fi !!!
made my day
Очень хорошая песня! 💪🤝👍
Man this video giives me the chills and makes me want to come back out there if I can ever get my doctor on board, I did have 19 Years out there I started in '85. In '85 I was 20 and in our state you could drive but not cross any state line, a friend of mine from school his dad had a large car and pulled a can behind him and he taught me how to drive we ran together the entire year and one of the best lessons I llearned was when pulling a tanker and your going through a town and the light turns red about when you got to it I stood on the brakes and we stopped, until the 7,000 gallons of fuel hit the front of the trailer it knocked me through the intersection
im proud to be a retired trucker like my old man and i will always appreciate my old man not for my self but for others as well with my old man being gone for a while being an only parent its helped me me and develop me in the the man i am today
Thank you for all those who served and died, rest in peace SGM Larry Hunter (My dad) you will be dearly missed
Loved that inclusion of that basic Volvo VNL, shows that were all brothers and sisters regardless of what truck they drive
