      Hi there, you smoke it on a low temperature for 8 hours :)

      Hi John, There's no temperature on the smoker. I just plug it in, but yes just lightly smoking away:)

      You smoke it slow for 8 hours lightly smoking the Chourico and spread out evenly in the smoker for 8 hours:)
