Drop an Animated GIF into a Microsoft Outlook Email

The purpose of this tutorial is to show you how to drop an animated GIF into a Microsoft Outlook email. This won't be an attachment, it will be animated in the contextual area of that email.
**Please note if you are operating Windows 64-bit, it may not work for you. I used this on Windows 32-bit and it worked swimmingly.**

Please check your "gif" pronunciation. GIF stands for Graphics Interchange Format :)
