For me, I like when you walk around various villages and talk about the history and stories of the area. I am moving to Florence in October so anything related to Firenze would be great! Thanks for your work! 🙂
Living at an hour by train from Venice, I go there whenever I can, but I never take the Vaporetto. One day, though, at the vaporetto stop, right after Venice train station, I found a guy who Gave me a “free day pass“ for unlimited Vaporetto journeys. I must have looked at him with disbelief printed on my face, because he said “ it’s not a scam, it’s for you, it’s for free”! And I got another free Vaporetto ride When my two-year-old daughter hurt her wrist and we had to rush her to the Venice hospital. The doctors fixed it in a second, and, after all, it was a nice experience! once I had to play a concert at a hotel in Venice, The hotel manager offered us a “water cab“ ride. The fare was €100 for a 10 minute ride. So, don’t get a cab in Venice! Thanks for the video!
Hi Valeria, so sorry your plans didn’t work out to move in Paris, I’m from South of France, Marseille, my native hometown and in my late 20’s I moved to the US, California where I’m living now. I traveled back in my youth to Italy a lot, being so close to my city, later on I had a steady Italian boyfriend but I wanted to explore the world and left everything behind. Now that I’m so far away, I dream to be back to Europe, especially Italy that I love so much, culture, friendly people, beautiful places et… As i read your story being an expat in Italy, you chose the best place to be, but I’m sure it hasn’t been always so easy to learn the culture et.. Love the work you do and I wish you all the best! I’m planning a trip either this fall, late October or next Spring in Venice, Rome & Naples, perhaps you’ll be around one of these cities and we could meet for a coffee. Thank you
can u write the name of the city ,the town you said in the video that ia a cheaper alternative to stay , with your accent I could not understand the name of the city please ?
It's Mestre. It can be much cheaper than central Venice however, it's perfectly possible to get a good value room or apartment in Venice if you don't go central. You have to be very careful in some parts of Mestre.
Hello I'm really sorry for badging into your privacy i just wanted us to be friends i was just searching for new friend's when i saw your profile and i really hope it's not a problem ?
