I'm sorry. I don't know. You can probably call Razor and ask them the closest service center. You can Google the number. I wish you Goodluck.👍

Ok... i appreciate the effort, but all you just did was show us you fixed THAT bike!
-"gonna turn the throttle and see if we hear any clicks..."... OK... WHY? WHAT HAPPENS IF IT DOES? You didnt even say whay it meant that yoU DIDN’T!
-"gonna unplug the small black and red lines to the 2 brake switches..." WHY??? What is the importants of this procedure? Will a bad brake switch cause it to stop working? What happens if its bad? 🤦
Dude... every time you came close to piquing my interest, you completely left me hangin'. You gave no explaination of the "Why's" or "what ifs" of the situation. You just enscrewed some screws, plugged in a brand new and not necessarily cheap part that i, nor likely 99% of the people that watched this video, do not have and just plugged it in to see if it would work... IT DID! the end... 🤷
Im not just here to bust your balls man. Im trying to figure out this stupid electric dirt bike that, by the way, has a "CLICK" when i turn the throttle, suggesting it is tripping a relay, likely to send power to the motor, but no spin and no idea (STILL)what sort of output i should be seeing on the power out wires to the motor! 😔 not great man. Not great at all.

Sorry I didn't make a clear enough video. Your not the first to mention it. In your case it is not that difficult. First thing unplug the brake wire and test the throttle. If it works your brake switch is bad or engaged. The next step is to test the batteries. If you don't have a tester for amps you need to take it to a Batteries Plus where they have the tool to test the batteries. If the batteries test good elevate the rear wheel and directly connect the motor wires to one battery one wire to the positive and one to the negative(be careful it can take off. Secure it carefully)! If the motor spins the controller is bad. This is the procedure you use if it clicks but don't go. I hope this helps.👍

@alloutbikes that does help quite a bit! I really appreciate the help! I figured with an older video, no one would pay any attention! I apologize if I was a bit harsh... I was just getting frustrated and kinda vented honestly, not expecting a response of any sort whatsoever, so finding help was a bit of a shock! Thank you very much! Sorry about the "grumpy old man" business. 🙄 unfortunately... I think I'm turning into my father🤦. If you happen to have the time and patience to answer one last question, I just wanted to confirm what I'm thinking the brake wire thing is suggesting... will the controller not function if the brakes are pulled??? I did find a short in on of them, but I figured it probably wasn't important! Funny how that works out! I'm going to try it with the brakes unplugged and see what happens. You caught me just in time too. I had started trying to dig into the box last night. Thankfully, I was taking it slow, and decided to wait till I had more time today! I may have ruined it without ever checking this out! Thanks again!

Yes. If the brake is pulled it disables the controller and prevents the motor from engaging. If the brake wire has a short it may cause the controller to think the brake is being applied. By unplugging the brake wire it should bypass this issue. You can buy a new brake if needed. Goodluck.👍
