      or design a weekly split based on your goals. For example 3x lower 3x upper or lower upper total, rest and repeat. I’d pick a workout based on muscle group you want to get stronger and equipment desired/available. I have videos sorted like this in the playlist section. Hope this helps 🤜❤️🤛
