    I'm a Kings fan and I'm sad how trade happened but I'm happy for Boogie. Divac and co. wanted Hield badly in the draft. Let's just see which team actually made the offer. Lakers were willing to give Nick young, clarkson and offload Deng. That's it. Phoenix considered trading but there was no offer. There were very few teams in league who wanted boogie. Either way team isn't going anywhere. No playoffs performance in Sacramento for Boogie. I'll just move on from this. I don't think this is some total tragedy for us. We'll move on.

    This wasn't the worst trade in NBA history. I still think the 2007 Pau Gasol
    trade was even worse. The Lakers gave up KWAME BROWN, and like two
    other guys whose names nobody can remember, for perrenial All Star Pau
    Gasol who was in his prime. The Kings made a bad trade, but they still
    got more for Cousins than the Grizzlies got for Gasol back in 07.

    • @Reeferal
      @Reeferal 7 лет назад +4

      EyeLoveTheStars one of those two guys nobody can name was Marc Gasol. That was actually a good trade for the Grizzlies. It was the third straight year they lost in the first round.

    I agree they should have told DeMarcus Cousins in private as oppose of telling him in front of the news reporters while being interview, they were hoping for a negative reaction and they did not get it, so that it would be all over the news and the world. It shows me that the Kings are no better than him. The real men in the Kings Org. would have done just that.
    Now as far as Devac, he is only good as he was as a player, yet he is a VP. I wonder why the reporters havent ask Cousins why he is acting this way, as oppose to destorying this man the way their doing (corp). It takes a real man to sit down and discuss to a man what is going on with him on the inside. Someone knows, but those that are talking against him and not for him are nothing more than puppets to make a buck on him. (Cousins) Its really sad that what they are doing is trying to destory his character as a person and as a man. I will pray that things will work out for him on the Pelicans team. It amaze me how the puppets come to destory a character of a man for the ratings and money. :(

    This right here is exactly why I think the Peli's will be dangerous. Thus is a HUGE eye opener for DMC, because he's now getting drug through the mud all over the place. I think he will use this situation as motivation, he's pretty much going back home as well, close to family, so that should help. I think he straightens up, to prove everyone wrong, goes down there to NOLA, the greatest city in the world I might add, and correct his ways and BAAAALLLLLL OUUUUUUT!!! BOOK IT!

    This trade could be the catalyst for Cousins and Westbrook playing in LA. Cousins will not see the CBA money that will go to 5+ year players for a LONG TIME now in fact he wont be able to make the kinda money available in the new CBA till hes atleast 33 and at that point my not be signed to a Max no matter where he is.
    Sacremento has basically clipped his earning potential for the rest of his career unless he remains a top 3 centre at age 32

    DeMarcus is the top Big Man today. Team USA, Olympic Gold Medalist, and NBA All Star and all for what in exchange? They could've sent him to LA for Blake. If they want to give him away for role players they could gave him to New York, either team in LA, or Cleveland for Shump and JR if theyre just gonna give him away.
    It's not his fault he had 6 coaches in 7 yrs, 2 owners, and multiple GMs. They've let go Isaiah Thomas the number two scorer in the league, Seth Curry who's starting in Dallas and can dribble and shoot like Steph, Rajon Rondo who led the league in assists last year, and Tyreke Evans when he was an All Star, and for what? The new Arena will be half fillled.
    7ft Willie Caullie Stein who can guard point guards and is the fastest Big in NBA history, if moved to small forward like Dirk, would be an All Star but he's being handled wrong.
    This team has a front office that doesn't want to win.

    Why would you trade him to 1) another west coast team (2) get nothing back really in equal value. They should traded him to the 76's for Okafur and Noel Norlins. Trade him to the Nets for Brook Lopez. Or trade him to the Knicks for Carmelo. Then the Pelicans made a mistake in trading for him bcuz how is he gonna fit in with Anthony Davis??? And you included Tyreke Evans, Buddy Hield and Langston Galloway in the deal so what guards does the Pelicans have left outside Jrue Holiday???

    • @giftedimagesllc
