My kids loooooove this, is a winner at my house, hope it becomes yours as well!! Ingredientes:
English Muffins
Ham
Bacon
3 oz chorizo
2 1/2 cups beans with 1 cup broth
1 tbsp APF
Queso fresco
Avocados
For the salsa:
4 roma tomatoes
1 small white onion
3 minced garlic cloves
Jalapeños or serranos
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
Chopped cilantro
2 bay leaves
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 serving of love 💕

Now that is what I’m talking about. My favorite breakfast sandwich is always with a English muffin and over easy egg. Then the other toppings are whatever I’m feeling at that moment. Love this with all of your toppings.
