My Yorkshire mother's favourite brew was Rington's, it came in a tin and was very expensive! For me, Tetley is weak, PG bitter, Red Yorkshire norm. Fun video!
Thanks to you guys I’ve discovered Ringtons tea. Which before this i never even heard of, maybe because I’m from across the pond. So it will be interesting to see where it grades along side the other popular British teas i keep. Thanks again
I used to drink Tetley all the time, but my Dad started getting Tetley One Cup tea, which I used to joke about it being Tetley halve cup, since I needed two tea bags to get a halve way decent cuppa from them. I switched to PG later on, and a strange thing happened. Sometimes I'd get a great cuppa from it, but other times it was a meh. Then my dad got Traditional Ringtons two cup in, even had the doorstep delivery service every two weeks. Ringtons is my tea now, but only the Two Cup tea. Extra strong, the only issue I face now, is that it keeps me up at night due to it being too caffeinated...
I'm American but thought I knew British tea, but never heard of Rington's before! I found out they sell it online in the US! My favorite has been Yorkshire. Have you tried Clipper, and if so what did you think of it?
For me, the best tea is any of these you can get on special offer at the local supermarket/discount store (e.g. Home Bargains, B&M etc.). Never tried Ringtons, but in my experience, Tetley, Yorkshire Tea, PG Tips and Thompsons Tea are my go-to brands.

Here in Philadelphia I can get all of these at the grocery store except for Ringtons! Thanks for the video reviews

Just asked the wife and she has not tried Clipper! I'll keep an eye out for it
