Hey love! Good luck with everything! I hope you get hired. You do not need any special license to bartend, just the standard license needed to be a server/waitress in general.
Usually yes, you’ll get trained at whatever restaurant you are working at. However, I didn’t get any training lol I just got thrown behind the bar one day and learned it all on my own.
