It's increasingly clear that Brambleberry convinced Nate to start this podcast so he could slowly start educating Nate about things he should have learned in elementary school. Lure him in with donuts and Bigfoot, get him to talk about how calendars work and what the states are. The last podcast should be Nate's graduation.

This whole conversation about Gregory has me losing it. My little brothers name is Gregory Paul and as a kid he decided to ditch Gregory and just go by Paul. Being the big brothers we were, we REFUSED TO CONCEDE, his name was Gregory like it or not! So we continued to call him Greg and he would run to our parents crying because we were calling him names. When mom would ask “what are they calling you” he would say “THEY’RE CALLING ME GREG!!!” to which she would respond “GREG IS YOUR NAME!!!!”
Thanks for taking me back, on an episode about Rhode Island... keep up the good work Nate, Aaron and Big Time.

What's up guys! I was actually just binging old Nateland episodes while staying up all night un-decorating, and the thought came to me "I wonder if Nate and the boys would ever comment on the serious issues happening, and what might they say"
But the thought was only there because I get it everywhere, whatever I turn on. And I'm glad this is a spot I can just "be" and laugh with you guys.
So when you immediately address your concern and awareness to these problems and re-state the show's purpose, it made even more of an impact. I think you do a great job at making people feel comfortable. Like this is a place I wanna be.
The show is absolutely brilliant and perfectly stupid and I'm here for it. You guys have all grown on me so much over these months.

    Hello Folks!!!
Nate's unwavering confidence in himself is unbelievably funny! When Aaron told him he wasn't quite qualified to be an Adjunct Professor at RISD, Nate was blatantly offended, even though two minutes earlier he stated he didn't know what "Adjunct" meant after asking the age old question, "What's an art school?". Only to then double down and look at Aaron and ask "what am I talking about?" when discussing what being a professor would entail.
Love the podcast Nate, Aaron and Babar, keep it up!

Beirut does such a good job of getting steamrolled by Nate when he says something completely normal like, "West of the Rockies." Yet, in Nates odd way he treats it as though that is the weirdest phrase anyone has ever said. Then for the next few months Beirut scours the news looking for a validation of the phrase. It just so happened with a tornado in CA. The irony.
After waiting the entire show for a natural time to prove his point and get his well deserved apology, Beirut awkwardly interrupts with his "news update" as Nate is trying to end the show. Just to get Nate's unenthused "oh, wow."
We love you Beirut, keep on whistlin'.

Hey folks. My name isn’t Gregory. I also don’t have gout because all my food is slightly smaller than regular food. I was born in Providence but that’s only because Woonsocket didn’t have a hospital when I was born. My big claim to fame is growing up in the smallest housing project in the smallest state. (Shout out to Lincoln Street and Ollie’s Pizza.) I was raised Catholic and my family are direct descendants of those guys who vetoed the prohibition. Naturally, I became a therapist.
Even though my spirit animal is a chicken, I channeled my inner harbor seal and skittered across the country. (Shakespeare probably invented the word ‘skitter.’)

My husband compares Nate to Mr. Bean, he can't watch for long because it takes too long to get to the point if he does at all and meanders down 5 sentences before he lands on what he actually wants to say much like Mr Bean. According to reports Mr Bean suffers from selective mutism. Trivia: Rowan Atkinson created Mr Bean to satisfy his whim to create a physical comedy character that could be funny in all languages without the need for translation. It also says he is a billionaire. I have a dog named Jim. His full name is James Edward Todd, but he prefers to be called Jim. He doesn't look at all like a Jim, but he fits the name in spirit.
Me and my brothers have a tradition of naming our pets after our aunts, uncles, and sometimes grandparents. The tradition started 12 years ago with a wonderful dog named Gary Jones. Here are all the pets we've had:
    Gary (dog)
    Dale (cat)
    Melvin (dog)
    Donna (cat)
    Judy (cat)
    David (cat)
    Alzera (dog)
    James/Jim (dog)
Thanks for the laughs. Appreciate all that you do.
P.S - I am a kindergarten teacher living in Seattle. I have no trouble listening to Nate read the comments. Take a deep breath and keep at it. You got this.

The thumbnail picture for this video looks like Nate is saying, “Hey, just click it, it’s not what you think.” And he’s right, I cannot believe how fun you made the worst topic so far. Nate, Aaron, and Bereavement had me laughing out loud from beginning to end this week!

wednesdays i have a shift alone at work so if the podcast was long enough to last the whole shift i wouldn’t complain. one of the highlights of my week. the laughs i get from you guys give me vitality to make it till the weekend.

A little side note, I think you guys would benefit from uploading highlight clips to RUclips, they’re a quick way to grab new listeners without committing to the full 2 hours before getting a taste

I came to this podcast because Nate is pretty okay at stand up. I'm staying because listening to 3 grown men discuss what a bald eagle would watch on TV is exactly the type of hypothetical thought I'm into.

One of the best episodes yet! Had me trying to stifle my laughter at work under my welding helmet, so I didn’t have to explain to the guys I work with I was giggling at a podcast about Rhode Island. Keep up the great work Nate, Aaron, and Brittle.

My favorite part of every episode is when you three get each other going. The harder y’all laugh, the harder I laugh. 😭
I agree with everyone who thinks this show could be longer. It’s *so* good. Keep up the good work! :)

I, too, won’t sit with my back to the door. I learned it from my dad, though, so not sure how that skews the stats. 😃
When I heard Aaron say he sits the same way, I immediately thought, “Who hurt you, Aaron?!” 💐

Speaking of common dog names. Years ago my buddy had a German Shepard named BOB. Bob was a rescue dog that had failed to pass his test for a police service dog. Bob did not like loud sounds, so he could not tolerate the sounds of gunfire when he was doing his police training. I'm not sure how Bob ended up in a shelter, but I'm glad my buddy adopted Bob and gave him a second chance to enjoy a loving home. He was the coolest dog and he loved going on camping trips. Bob was a classic....cheers to Bob!

Hello Folks!! I gotta say, when I opened up RUclips this morning to tune into my weekly Nateland fix, I was a little underwhelmed when I saw “Rhode Island” as the topic. I thought for a minute that y’all had just given up and were trying to get the podcast taken off the air or just to bore your faithful listeners into turning it off. But boy was I wrong. What an incredible episode. It’s almost like the more obscure and boring the topic is, the better the podcast will be. Nates hypothetical scenarios he acts out are laugh out loud funny and I can’t help but laugh when Aaron gets goin with his wheezing laugh. And Barnacles comments usually get a chuckle out of me as well. Thank you guys for being the comedic relief that we all need in this jacked up country we live in. Looking forward to the “Light switch” episode!!

If I had to describe this podcast, I'd say it's like three generations getting together to poke fun at each other: Briefs is like the grandpa who probably still gets his news from the morning paper and while slow, will sometimes come in with the zingers, Nate is like the middle age guy who has the day job and is borderline disrespectful to the grandpa but clearly likes him enough to keep him around, and Aaron is like the snarky millennial kid who likes to fact check everyone and generally believes himself on a higher plane. Love every minute of it.

Longtime fan but fairly new to the podcast and I love it and its lightheartedness. Can't wait for your next show and I loved your last one especially the bit where you make a correlation between women's silent treatment and the movie The Sixth Sens. That was hilarious. Thank you for the pressure release that is this podcast.

Hello Folks! I love that Aaron sits where he can see the entire restaurant. As a police officer we do this all the time. My wife and kids have gotten to the point that they know where they are supposed to sit when we get to the table. I also love the idea that Burbeatlebug is out among the people taking a poll on whether that instinct is in men more than women! Keep up the awesome work on the show! I look forward to Wednesday every week so I can watch the show on RUclips. I must say that seeing the facial expressions and reactions to comments makes it even more good!

Nate! I was instantly a megafan of yours when I saw your netflix special and have been DYING for more of your stand-up ever since! I Hope since then you've been working and have a lot lined up!
I recently started watching podcasts of other comedians because they make my day better and I watched you on the Bill Bert Podcast during a binge watch of them and discovered your own podcast and this is the first one I watched and I am so happy! It's a great way to be able to get the constant laughter of your hilarious wit while at the same time keeping my mind off anything serious!
I am now going to be binge watching your podcast so keep them coming because in a few days I will have watched them all! & Aaron's constant chuckling at you matches mine! Can't wait to see more from you!
& when you tour again, please visit near Chambersburg, PA! I am DYING to see you live!
