I don’t understand why some of these so called mothers spoil these kids an when things get totally out of hand, all of a sudden these so called “Mothers” run to get counseling, therapy etc.
They’re not “so called mothers” just because you disagree with their parenting style. A lot of people say it’s “bad parenting” to spoil your kids and never make them work for anything or do anything on their own because then they’re ill prepared when they get out into the world.. and while that’s a fair concept, it’s not exactly that cut and dry. A lot of times these mothers that spoil grew up hard and didn’t want their kids to experience any bit of difficulty, or they pray to God every night that they can simply teach their kids verbally as opposed to having to raise them “tough” so they can learn. Sometimes it’s a real mother loving so hard that she’s crippling and doesn’t realize it.. or is having a hard time coming to terms with it.

I’m 16 and ever since I was 14 I was working casual in my parents business, cleaning the house for money, attending acting classes and I’m still doing the same. I’ve been working for things my whole life, my father is a moron and my mom is supportive. I did all of this on my own basically. Hopefully next year I apply for an acting agent and hopefully I get some casting calls. She needs to understand that not everything comes to you..believe me I know.

@@ayeimseoki6596 that's a kid. Also she never had the upbringing of a regular kid, having to survive with a weak support team. When we want our kids to do something we tell them, "you're grown, you have responsibilities," then turn around and tell them, "stay in a kids place, you are a child," so being 20 realistically has no baring on that notion. 20 yrs old is a child in terms of vulnerability to a society that has a slim margin of success.
