      Hooray! I know we have to get better one step at a time- but I get so anxious to paint all the pretty things right now! I am happy to hear that I kept it simple enough- someday I will just do a simple scalloped edge- but not today. :)

    You are so inspiring, thank you for sharing all your videos! I cannot find the perfect face paint in white, what do you reccommend? I currently use Diamond FX and I love it but I have seen some face painters using a liquid. I am looking for liquid for those perfect little details not the entire face, just the little dots, star bursts and swirls.

      Global makes a liquid white, Dfx is good- Wolfe is good too! Happy hunting.

    Huge fan here! Love this butterfly! Quick question: Where did you get the big applicator that you use for white star blends? 🌟 Thanks so much!!!

    • @fairyfox

      Everyone has them- lolli pop sponges they are called. About 50 cents a piece.

    Hi I have a question about the sponging. Did you use a cake or load with individual colors? I'm wondering how you do that. Thank yoU!

    • @fairyfox
      @fairyfox  7 месяцев назад

      Always a cake, occasionally I will add an extra color onto the sponge that isn't in the original cake. Always good to practice multiple techniques.

    If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for your linework color?? I've been looking for a new non-black liner

    • @fairyfox
      @fairyfox  2 года назад +1

      oh- always on the prowl for new good colors too. This is actually a mix of a dark red and a dark blue- not sure which ones! I have a spot in my kit where the dark colors live, and I go through them so slowly- I often forget where they came from.

    • @aniruam
      @aniruam 2 года назад

      @@fairyfox that's a good idea! I'm always wanting my paints to be the exact shade I need them to be but mixing colors is sometimes the only way to get what I want, haha. I'll have to try that. Thank you for the reply :)
