Hooray! I know we have to get better one step at a time- but I get so anxious to paint all the pretty things right now! I am happy to hear that I kept it simple enough- someday I will just do a simple scalloped edge- but not today. :)
@@fairyfox you're a real source of inspiration and I love each of your videos full of good advices, positive vibes and beautiful designs. I was disappointed not to see your name on the list for the online summit this year (online summit organised by Olga on May).
You are so inspiring, thank you for sharing all your videos! I cannot find the perfect face paint in white, what do you reccommend? I currently use Diamond FX and I love it but I have seen some face painters using a liquid. I am looking for liquid for those perfect little details not the entire face, just the little dots, star bursts and swirls.
Hello love the videos ! I'm an artist and I'm just getting started with face painting, I need to know what kind of paint do you use ?! Thanks for the videos!
oh- always on the prowl for new good colors too. This is actually a mix of a dark red and a dark blue- not sure which ones! I have a spot in my kit where the dark colors live, and I go through them so slowly- I often forget where they came from.
@@fairyfox that's a good idea! I'm always wanting my paints to be the exact shade I need them to be but mixing colors is sometimes the only way to get what I want, haha. I'll have to try that. Thank you for the reply :)
Effortlessly go into detail, love the way you teach! ❤
Thank you so much!
Thank you I've been having trouble with butterfly and I like the three strokes pointing to the focal point here. That's very helpful!!
Thank you so much! I am a beginner and keep watching your videos over and over.
You are so welcome! I love when people find face painting- that joy never dies- but it is easiest to connect to when you are first starting out.

I'm so glad! I find myself switching this up now and then, but i so often come back to this basic form. Love it so much.

looks easy watching you, but it's really not for me hehe. may i know what brand of facepaint u used?
Cute ❤ what brand is that brush, I know you're super talented but also know good brushes could help with better glide ❤
It is a sparkling faces brush!
@@fairyfox thank you
Huge fan here! Love this butterfly! Quick question: Where did you get the big applicator that you use for white star blends? 🌟 Thanks so much!!!
Everyone has them- lolli pop sponges they are called. About 50 cents a piece.
@@fairyfox thank you so much! I didn't know what they are called. Love your amazing work!!! 💖🥰💖
I cannot for the life of me find them anywhere online! Any Tips on what store to look at? Not even on jest
Hi I have a question about the sponging. Did you use a cake or load with individual colors? I'm wondering how you do that. Thank yoU!
Always a cake, occasionally I will add an extra color onto the sponge that isn't in the original cake. Always good to practice multiple techniques.

Nevermind I went through the comments and found out you use TAG ! I subscribed!
Thanks Linda! Welcome to the face paint world!
@@fairyfox thanks!!
Can we do it on pencil if we want??????????????????????????????????????????????????.
If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for your linework color?? I've been looking for a new non-black liner
