I've built a shoulder mobility/stability routine on some of your videos (while adding in more movements from other go-to RUclipsrs such as ATHLEAN X) As someone with a longtime bad relationship with my rotator cuffs, I now have a 25-minute workout that has yielded me some nice results over the past month or so. 'Bulletproof' your shoulders, guys! It's the best fitness investment you can make.
I recently bought the Reebok Crosfit Speed TR 2.0 in Black, and they've been excellent successors to my ageing Reebok Nano 4.0's which I really liked. The best bit for me was the £30+ saving from Speed TRs vs Nanos, and more compared to the Nike MetCons. The Speed TRs have been fine for everything CrossFit so far.
First off, great video! On a separate note though, can anyone help me out and tell me the name of the track playing in the background at 2.25? This was on the radio when I found out that a member of my family was dying back in 2015. It brought back a rush of memories and emotions..... I need to find out what it's called. Ever done bottoms up KB presses? Those have a similar effect to the shoulder stability, a bit simpler in execution haha. (Obviously the lunges will work more stuff though)
Could not agree more about the Nano 7's they are the worst Nano i ever owned but i quite like them for lifting only. Also which PT course is Geoff doing and which would you recommend?
Great video... I have a question. I'm a full time wheelchair user and looking to increase shoulder stability. I like the banded overhead lunges but obviously this wouldn't be appropriate for me. Can you please give an example of an alternative seated version?
Have someone push your chair whilst holding the weight overhead. If too easy, put some bands out on the floor and go over them with the weight overhead. Riding over the Bands on floor will cause weight to wobble. Just an idea
Janin Quezada shoulder stability helps you to be able to put more weight over your head safer. We all need to do it. It means healthier shoulders. I'm even having fun with shoulder stability accessory work. It may hurt though.

I'm using the Nano 7 Weave for running and they're pretty good. They're better for crossfit, but I'm also able to run in them.
