I was watching some of you older stuff from Dec on bodybuilding as I just wanted to say your energy on these current vids is so much better. yes, you were your happy smiley self then to, but you just seem in a better place currently. maybe its the switch to crossfit or the group you train with or just life changes, but I wanted to mention it. Your smile is contagious and you're so motivating. keep it up mate!

This summer i had 39 wods and sessions with temperature above 35 degrees. Keep up the good job and don't worry about making a video every single day. You really keep me motivated. So jealous of your great nights sleep. My son has put a stop to that, 10 months in and haven't had a full nights sleep never mind sleeping 'too well' or enjoying a 'deep sleep!' haha!! great videos mate!

Thanks, the Video is great...nearly one year (after 2 years of doing CrossFit 3 times per week) i couldnt do anything With my shoulders (impingement both sides)...even lift up my little son (16kg) was so painful...now I started again CrossFit but I'm full of fear that it will come back...thank you for your videos...greetings from Germany

If your box does not have a pull thingy to do face-pull - is there an alternative? Had a lot of shoulder problems, including a dislocation, so I suck up every tip and trick I can find - thanks
Flat white is just a latte with less milk. I think you need to up your home coffee game. it would save you a fortune and give you loads to vlog about ( there's so much to learn). You're welcome to come for a coffee or 2 at mine and hit up a wod at crossfit Burton Unity
A flat white is not and should not taste like a latte heres googles explanation didn't know how to explain it (Flat White has an even mix of liquid milk and smooth velvet foam so it feels like drinking an espresso, only yummier. Latte is milky, has a little foam on the top and feels like drinking a milky coffee)

coffee is super bad for athletes, very inflammatory, depletes magnesium and other minerals, eats digestive lining, contributes to autoimmune conditions, dehydrating, makes you more prone to injuries, even decaf still has most of these effects. Just fyi...but yeah it does smell good 😉
