The description said that because they had yellow spots on them that it made them super rare. I messaged the seller to tell them that wasn't true that it was natural with time. They responded and said thank you but never changed the description. Oh well. Thank you for sharing this wonderful gift from your husband!!
Thank you! I have had similar experiences contacting eBay sellers, especially when they list non-Sylvanian items as Sylvanian, and only once did one make an update. There are some generic frog figures floating around listed as super rare Sylvanian’s - they are not. It really bugs me when sellers do that, it’s a matter of integrity, but it goes to show how important it is to research something before buying it. 😉
