I love how your father went from "I don't like cats" to guarding Dami as she eats. His hands are literally placed to guard her without thinking about it. 😊
저희 아버지 개는 산책 시켜야되고 목욕시켜야되고 손많이 간다고 싫다 하셨고 고양이는 털많이 빠진다. 요물이다 개처럼 주인알아보고 꼬리안흔들어서 키우는 맛이없다. 등등 어릴때 그렇게 동물 못키우게 하셨는데 지금 강아지랑 고양이 한마리씩 키우십니다. 뭔가 배신감이.......ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Dad's are big softies at heart. "I don't want a dog/cat/rabbit/bird, etc.!" they say... Yet they're the biggest pushovers when it comes it said dog/cat/rabbit/bird, etc. comes into the house. It's cute and adorable. They show their true heart in those moments. Dami and Bami have a great Ojiisan ready to give them love and lots of cuddles 😊

Most people who say they don't like cats have never interacted with a cat _that feels safe._ My dad grew up with dogs and refused the idea of getting a cat even though I and my siblings begged for it. Then I got my own place, adopted a pair of elderly cats from the local shelter, and now he admits he kinda wish we'd gotten a cat 20 years ago (but he won't get one now, because he's just a few years from retirement and then he wants a dog since he can stay at home and keep it company...)
Dami has many stories to share! Telling Grandpa all about what has happened since their last meeting.
I wish he will take care of this cats forever and don't leave them.

That sweet Dami is calling for her mom! How old are they? 8 weeks? In Denmark it's forbidden by law to sell/purchase a kitten under 12 weeks!

Kittens and cats, especially for older generations who have experienced war and famine and which has included some people eating cats to survive, have unfortunately been saddled with a specific, negative reputation. The less-economically-advantaged classes of society especially took part in such eating (for obvious reason(s)) and so there is a classism element to this issue as well. So, this family is doing a specific service for their culture, as well as providing heartwarming content for the world at-large.

나이가 드시니 현실과의 타협이 힘들어서 그러시는 겁니다 데려오면 생명에 대한 책임감과 생활의 불편함(털 빠짐 ..기타등등) 금전적인 부담감도 같이 오기 때문에 반대하시는 거죠
그래 놓고 막상 데려오면 눈을 못 떼고 더 좋아하시고 더 행복해 하시고 가족끼리 대화도 늘게 되죠 그분들도 어린 시절 순수함을 잊어 버린 것이지 잃어 버린 것이 아니기 때문이죠
또한 부모님과 같이 사는 경우 결국 모든 케어를 부모님이 직접 다 하시게 되고 .. 그렇게 주인이 부모님으로 바뀌고 동물들은 부모님 바라기들이 됩니다
물론 정상적인 사람들의 케이스 입니다 인성 자체가 이상한 사람이거나 싸패거나 폭력적인 사람들의 이야기가 아닙니다 ^^
