If it really gives you one hour more free time by saving an hour of sleep per day the subscription is a bargain… I bought it and test it the first week…

I sleep hot, I am interested, but the subscription is a killer for the deal in my eyes. On a side note, it’s a shame Justine has become an infomercial - I feel like I am watching early morning commercial TV in the Uk. The only thing is that the Telesales mattresses on TV here are nowhere near that price and don’t require an expensive subscription.

Entire company was essentially CEO worship and as soon as I met with the CEO was clear he was not interested in me because of my weight. He kept stressing it was a fitness company and that someone would need to be a "representative" of that. Definitely would not recommend if you choose to spend your money with reputable people.

I get that new tech costs money, but charging a monthly subscription to use the functionality that you paid thousands of dollars for is just plain gouging at it's worst. What happens if this company goes under? Does the this sheet stop working?

Nooo I have this and it’s the worst. You have to fiddle with the app to make changes in the middle of the night and I’ve had it bug out and go to +10 and try to kill me. I also hate the noise! It’s so like 40 decibels and a ton of hot air comes out of the hub making the room hotter. They are also known to start leaking after about a year when the warranty expires.
I'm emphatically not ever going to pay a subscription for a mattress topper. This is a non-starter for people who aren't getting it free for promotion. Stupid business model.
