Why does no youtuber mention that the selfie cameras of the 15 pro / pro max models take pictures like zombies? There is an incredible difference between what you see on the screen and the image saved in the gallery. Camera is worse than Nokia 6670. I will have the 15 Pro Max tested by people passing by in front of the Apple store and then set it on fire so that the whole world will see the fraud committed on the 15 series.

I have upgraded every year since the first iPhone release so its like an apple tradition for me watching your iPhone unboxing and reviews prior to the release. Awesome that you showed off the Titanium Blue iPhone Pro - that is the one I pre ordered!
Something not enough people seem to be saying is that the new 15s weights are essentially just back to where we were with iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max

the natural looks the best out of the four colors on screen. Can't wait to see them in person next week to see if it's still the best color for this lineup

@@chris7077 yea I agree. I actually thought the natural looked bad when it was shown at the event but it kinda grew on me. (might be because there are no actually good colors this year and the black is boring now)
@@azultarmizi Black is classic and never goes out of style. Natural Titanium no colour is truly boring. But it's in the eye of the beholder and only fools use the phone without a case. 😉

I love that we can now remove photo/video to an external drive 🙌🏻🙌🏻 that is a game changer for mobile content shooting. Also I love how you go in depth with the night shot photos, that’s my favorite part. I noticed on 14 pro max how great the night shots were… now they are even better! I spent my undergrad doing night photography so it has a special place in my heart. Keep it up Justine!

Since day one of iphone 4s, I have always wanted the white but for different reasons I never got it. I wanted the iphone 11 white but had the opportunity to get the black one for cheap and since that day 4 years ago I promise I get a white as my next one. But now i´m thinking of getting the gray instead.... I have to go and see them inperson to decide

This is honestly making me miss Catalina more than anything else. I used to go yearly as a kid but it's been like 20 years since my last visit. It all looks the same but also like a bunch of things have changed.

I pre-ordered my iphone 15 pro, titanium Black on Friday and I cannot wait. Decided to upgrade from my 13 pro. The colours on the 15 pro are amazing, I was torn between black and natural titainum
Titanium is very sensitive when it comes to scratches so the real colour will appear very fast if you have chosen the black colour and that’s why if you can return it and get the natural titanium it would be much better

@@sunilreddy07 there isn’t that much of a difference between it and the black one,the natural titanium is the way to go if you don’t want to see noticeable scratches on your phone,it will scratch anyway but with the natural you won’t notice it easily

i already have an 13 pro and it still performs great, but i really like the dynamic island. It’s so cool. Now with the brushed titanium frame it’s really difficult not to upgrade 😅
If with the trade in its extra 600 dollar don't buy it Dynamic Island is cool but 13 pro is enough. Been using 14 pro max since january but its not something ground breaking.

Great video Justine. I'm so glad I went with the natural titanium colour after seeing it in your video, looks stunning. I usually get the space black, graphite, and I immediately loved the natural titanium. I must admit another reason I liked the natural titanium was that I really liked the titanium colour of the Apple Watch Ultra, and your side by side showing this was very helpful.

Great video. I love how you review devices as if you are talking to people who might be interested in buying the device. I feel like so many Apple reviews are designed for people NOT buying and only looking for confirmation bias on their Android purchase.
I’m upgrading from iPhone 13 Pro. The camera upgrade is significant and in addition you can record cinematic mode in 4k, something the 13 Pro is not capable of.
How is it significant? I can barely tell difference in taking photos on my daughters 14 PM and my 7+ lol.

i like the natural, but sometimes the way the light hits it makes it look almost a light gold or that starlight color which i don’t like. i like when it looks more grey. idk it’s kind of a weird in-between color, so i think the white is a safe bet…… the natural does look rlly nice tho ugh.

finally getting the phone yesterday, i’m happy with the white. it some light it looks like a rlly nice silver and others it looks pure white. i think i would’ve gotten tired of the titanium, i don’t like how it looks almost leaning towards gold so im very happy with this.
The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer as we move closer to the winter solstice. During this time, the amount of daylight decreases each day until the shortest day of the year.

So glad that the camera quality are so similar compared to my 14PM, and grateful with Apple for letting us also get the HEIF formats😊
Also, with the new Pro line equipped with Thunderbolt3, pros do not need to purchase it with a bigger storage. As always, great content Justine!

I’m really grateful that the 14 pro and 15 pro are so close at least I don’t feel like I have to upgrade especially with some features coming to the camera with iOS 17 like HEIF MAX
Only thing that stopped me from going from 14 pro max to 15 pro max is my mom bought me a new case I love and I wouldn’t be able to use it anymore lol

Excellent review, Justine! I personally don't feel like there's enough to warrant the upgrade from the 14 Pro, especially with how sad Apple's trade-in values are this year, but anyone coming from a 12 series or earlier will be STOKED with all the improvements.
Yeah, coming from a 12 Pro Max I don't even have ProMotion or the macro lens yet, so it's going to be quite a nice upgrade.

I upgrade yearly and have done since first gen iPhone, selling my 14 pro max private got me good money for my 15 pro max.
I have a 12 pro max but will wait one more year. I have a feeling they will do sth trully innovative next year and I will be sorry if I upgrade now.
@@lorep7412 then you already have many reasons to upgrade, dynamic island, always on screen, 48mp camera battery improvements, Dolby vision recording on the fly etc etc. Even if you upgrade next year the following years iPhone will be better that’s just life

Why does ProRes look so washed out?
It takes away most to all post processing of colors and sharpness and exposure so that you can edit and color grade better later on

Since Steve Jobs passed, Apple has stopped comparing its products to the competition in its keynotes. This show the shift in the company. Steve was shameless about putting the competitors on the big screen because Apple products were so much better. And it was true. iPod was way better than the competition, then the iPhone blew away anything close, the macbook air was the best laptop by far etc... Now it's been years since Apple has had a "by far better" product (except for the M1/2 chips). The product vison is dead, now it's just a bunch of engineering teams making incrementals upgrade in their department and a management focused on maximizing stock price through rse etc
That's because Apple has no competition, and sales numbers show this.

Great video. TBH. Underwater photos seem to be lacking depth of field in the background? Closer objects look great. Having taken under water photos I’m a bit puzzled why that wasn’t solved with an camera app software setting. Someone more knowledgable tell me the answer.
