Very awesome video and huge congratulations to getting LOKI back!! I have a 955 Cayenne 4.5 none turbo and I love it!! I just gotta get my money up so i can build it.
With 4inch lift you should do 1 inch subframe drop. No need to do anything on drive train, but i recommend to replace the rear propshaft bearing with a stronger one. With his big tires you'll have to cut the plastic in the wheel arch and reroute the coolant line behind the left front tire, easy job.
What do you think about famous issue that porsche v8 is known for ? im talking about cylinder walls issue. do you have any solution for that? you have already swapped the engine , but what if one day your engine starts to tick tick ?
I guess that's every 955 owners fear.. keeps us awake.. it is definitely not if but when.. in case that happens i could decide to have the cilinders bored out and have steel sleeves installed or bigger pistons.. but that is pretty expensive, cheaper would be another swap
Hey Frank, are the lights MX 180 or 260 ? I love the setup and although not available in US, I might import it as it looks sick. Do you have an affiliate link to Osram ?
It's the MX 180, the 260 are enormous!! 2 of those fit on the bumper of a Wrangler, but would never put that on the roof of anything. 180 are good enough and big enough :)
They're stock rims from a later model I believe. Easy to find second hand for not much money, definitely upgrades the look from the early cayenne rims. tires are 35x12x18
Nice video. Best car ever made. Did not realize the engine was that big btw. Holy smokes!
Thanks brother!! Yeah it's quite tight in the engine bay haha
I like the stock exhaust just the way it is. It is stainless, compact, and a good compromise on noise. Best of all, doing nothing costs nothing.
Totally agree
I was excited to see this video, I loved your Race story with Loki. Cheers, from Australia 🎉
Thanks Matt! I hope there will be some more race stories soon, maybe something this summer but not with Loki.
@@FrankFramesThings I enjoy your video stories, races or not. You’re a great story teller.
Thanks!!
Congratulations Frank!
Thanks brother!

Thanks bro! Yeah man step by step, but stock it is actually already a decent off-roader
@@FrankFramesThings that's so true, especially with a good set of all-terrain tires. Keep up the great work
❤ what size is the wheel???? and do you have spacers? What ???
35x12,5x18
And I have 2inch spacers
Do I need to do anything extra when lifting? For example, by lowering the reducer? Should I extend the drive shafts?

😀 just got a pajero 2005 here in Iceland to try and do some of the F-roads this summer. Also planning on the snorkel for mine 🤗
Def get yourself a snorkel!
Hope to see you on the trails soon then!

God job bro! I enjoy you videos 👍
I like those wheels! What model are they? I have a 955 also; 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo.

@@FrankFramesThings Thanks!
Did you use spacers running these wheels? Especially with 35s on? Looks great!
Yeah 2inch spacers
@@FrankFramesThings is it needed for 32/33” tires? I look forward to more updates! I miss seeing your awesome videos!
