Mike and Karen I am so glad I found you! My husband Donald and I used to camp when our boys were small, but had to stop due to lack of time to get to go. One of our sons was sick for 21 years and sadly we lost him, so now we are back camping again! God is so good to make camping possible for us again. Keep up your work of showing how wonderful life can be as a Christian❤

We keep driving by that KOA on our way to camp in Cades Cove. What a nice campground. We always wondered what it looked like. We definitely like the quieter side of the smokes around Townsend. Pearl likes Karen's jacket. You guys got us wanting to get out camping. Come on spring we got a new RV to try

The KOA is our Go-To campground. We can be there in 30 minutes from the house. Always nice and relaxing parked next to the river.
Great area, have you tried Honeysuckle Meadows RV Park, Sevierville TN? Great family park.
Thank you for showing the KOA grounds, we drove by there towards the end of our family's visiti to The Smokys this past December. I want to return BUT this time just the hubby & me only. I took note of a brewery or winery that I saw, I have to check my map again. It looks so peaceful & relaxing!! 😍 Love how you both enjoyed it.

Hotdogs around the fire is just as fine as snuff and not quite as dusty
We make "coney sauce" here in Indiana.........my "secret ingredient" is brown sugar. YUM! Love your videos every time. GOD BLESS YOU for your open witness for Him.

We drove through one of the other campgrounds in Townsend but not the KOA. Someday when we can take 2 Smokies trips a year we'll do one in Pigeon Forge and one in Townsend. Very nice tour. Thanks guys.

Really enjoy you guys' videos. Check out Little Arrow campground when you get a chance. I stayed there once in a tiny house...pretty cool campground as well.
Yes it's next door to the koa and we have it on our list to check out. We believe Little Arrow requires more than one nights stay but will check it out. We are in and out and on the move most of the time in the Smokies. Thanks for sharing.

I'm a new subscriber here. Really enjoyed your video what a beautiful Campground. If you're ever in Alabama try visiting wheeler Lake KOA. It's a beautiful Campground right on the river it's surrounded by water. We have a rope Park with zip-lining and we do horseback riding. In the summer they rent out boats jet skis, kayaks, canoes and electric bikes as well. I'm kind of partial oh, I work at the campground. But it's definitely a must-visit if you come through Alabama. Enjoy your traveling, great video.

Nice job guys, We have been through that KOA when we were staying at Little Arrow campground. Sites 21-22-23 are really deep and nice. Did you get to pick your campsite or did they.

Buy a small pull chopper off of QVC by Kuhn Rikon 2-Cup Pull & Chop Food Chopper. It cuts an onion up in 4 to 5 pulls! No teary eyes! Loved the video!

Love Townsend KOA! We were there on a Saturday this past Fall. College football and campfires were at every campsite. They also had family movie night next to the pavilion which was pretty cool. We can’t wait to go back. So glad you guys did this review and had so much fun. God bless!

So much fun, enjoyed watching Big T .Also when roasting marshmallows, hold them above the flames ,it takes awhile for them to get golden brown ,but worth it .l don't like burned marshmallows.

We have stayed at the KOA several times and love it. We live in Knoxville so we get to go up there quite a bit. We have stayed there before it was a KOA. It used to Little River Village. We have had bears come to our sites 3or 4 times. It is awesome and the kids and grandkids love it. They have made a lot of upgrades to the campground. I’m glad you had a good experience there. We always did. Love your videos. The river stone restaurant is a good place to eat. Take care.

New to the channel!💜 we are coming in from Florida and we are going to be camping at little arrow campground on the river in Townsend Tennessee this summer and was curious if you’ve ever camped there before and if you liked it we are new to that area we always stay in Gatlinburg..☺️
Welcome!! Little Arrow is right beside this KOA and most people will say that these two campgrounds are the best in Townsend. We hope to stay at Little Arrow soon!

I've never heard of chili made with tomato juice. Of course here in Texas, we are picky about our chili. Tomato sauce or paste is used here and cumin, garlic, onions, chili powder and Mesa.
