@@harshkrsingh23 yes brother it worked.... Actually it depends on your fat percentage... If you have knock knee because of fat then it would be fixed... But if you have this knock knee because of your bone structure then you must consult with a doctor... In my case I had knock knee because of huge percentage of fat...after reducing fat and doing these exercises it fixed.. best of luck brother for your bright future ☺️
