The new xx makeup revolution. Quads are dupes for Charlotte tilbury quads I have both! Also try the new xx foundations and the new concealer. So good and I find I dont need concealer with the matte xx foundation. The quads are buy 2 get one free. Going to be testing one palette one side one on the other soon but upon swatches! DUPES. do you find that it works with any concealer or do you have a particular one you like? I’m still in my teens but for some reason I have genetic lines right under my eyes and it always creases and I’m desperate for a good concealer 😩

@@xfreyawatson I also have very bad dark circles and a tendency towards a creasy undereye. Robert's two-corners technique works really well for me with my usual concealer. By using less product and focusing it at the corners of your eyes, you get decent coverage/color correction without putting a lot of product directly under the eye where it tends to crease.

Robert Welsh is amazing and so absolutely talented, I love his concealer method and his powder method, it looks so flawless and like skin this way💕
And his highlighter method! Tilt your face so you can see and apply in the places where the light naturally reflects.

For shimmer eyeshadows, I have found that just using my finger actually works best. The pigment and shine comes out so much more than using a brush.

Same! I also use my fingers for shimmers/metallics. Or wet my flat brush before using metallics but fingers work best in my opinion.
@@sophdoeslife I recently learned that if you spray your finger with a setting spray then use the shimmer shade, you get the best pay off.

ive always done my eyes first and everyone would be like “wtf no?” but genuinely its so much easier to do the eyes first because then you can clean them up before you do your skin which means 0 fallout all over your base x
I always do my foundation fist because I just think it's a pain to do my foundation around my wings 😀
Larrysbride i dont do liner! but you can still do shadow first and then do liner and lashes at the end if you wanted to x its all personal preference x

Hi soph it’s so nice to see you happy , I was taken to the Estée Lauder counter by my mum for my skin care at 16 , so yes I have been using a sun cream since then along with my skin care then moved onto their makeup and only used Estée Lauder brand all my working life !

Honestly, I've noticed you doubt yourself a lot when applying makeup and you constantly critise yourself. You say you're not a makeup artist but you definitely could be one. Your makeup always looks amazing. There is no right or wrong way to do makeup, it's what works best for you but you should have more faith in yourself. You're a beautiful person inside and out and you wouldn't have so many fans if you wasn't good enough. Just keep doing what you're doing, be yourself and give yourself some credit, you're doing amazing 💖
