  • Ghanaians love their light soup with fufu. A light tomatoe and vegetable soup with any protein. If you are a light soup fan then, this is for you.
    A visit to my Grandma in my village was the best trip ever. Welcomed by my great aunt with fufu and Nkrakra Light Soup. Enjoy this recipe

    Its a light soup but I would be needing a nap after that because i'd guzzle down every last bit of that broth. Ghanian food looks DELICIOUS

    Does the fish always have to be whole like that? I dont like eyes..skin and bones? Do all ghanians eat fish like that?

      Let's ask questions that will help us to grow please. We are all unique so I will answer your question. All Ghanaian eat differently according to their tastes...like you as an individual (not the country).

    I would never eat bushmeat! Nor do I recommend it to anyone who is not from Africa. Better buy meat from a cattle farm than bushmeat!
