ingredients:
lamb meat
4 scotch bonnet peppers
1 eggplant
a piece of ginger aproximately like a thumb size
salt
2 stock cubes (the stock cubes disapeard on my video)
2 onions
1 and half tablespoon of tomato puree (tomato concentrate)
1 can of plum or chopped tomatoes
utensils;
a strainer (optional)
a large sauce pan
