Is TOB Runescape's easiest Raid? (w416 300 invocation mobile example)(OSRS)

- The past few weeks i've been doing a lot of theatre of blood runs and learning the raid. These have become one of my favorite things to do in game along with TOA runs.
The best part of learning tob is that the raid is really fun to run along with having a skill cap that seems like each run you can improve on something.(would take me 1000s of runs probably to master).
TOA feels like it has a cap on invocations and while i think group 500s are harder than regular tob runs, it feels like once you hit the cap/high invocations there's not much to learn after.(WR tob runs compared to 416 is a good comparison for how much you can learn in this raid.) This burned me out of toa and while i find runs fun sometimes it's really hard to do runs constantly like i used to.
The worst parts of TOB are really 416 and some of the community compared to TOA/COX. While having low kc it was almost impossible to find a raid on world 416. It tooks weeks to get kc from some friends along with getting wdr learner raids and after getting 50+ kc it became really easy to find teams. Also the constant shouting from players in raids where you mostly just click boss in a 23 year old game that uses a .6 second tick system for mechanics over small mistakes is really crazy and very different from TOA masses at all.(416 is really bad towards new players especially with 0-20 Kc)
I donno if tob is this “god raid” compared to toa/cox but after being told to learn “real Pvm” and doing inferno and tob It’s not that different from any other content in the game even toa. After hearing how difficult it is to run on Reddit and RUclips videos talking about how hard it is it feels wierd thinking that I’d never learn this raid while getting a completion(not speedrun on 416) is not too hard.
This is kinda why I never got a infernal cape for a really long time. I'd go into a attempt die on wave 30 and think it was impossible reading how hard it was. I never tried tob because i never thought i'd get a completion and that the skill level was way too high.
Basically, and probably not much people will read this whole descripton but TOB's skill floor isn't that much different from 300 invocation TOA's. in most world 416 raids it's not hard to get a completion with a team of 20-40 kc. It's the same raid everytime mostly. This is a lot different from the skill ceiling which is very hard to reach but TOB isn't a hard raid.
Kinda wanted to make this video for players that haven't tried tob it's not too bad to start and is really fun. I really wanted to upload this because i was kinda having difficulties running 500s for months on end. it seemed like ToA was the only raid possible for me to run in game. But really in game nothing is that hard to complete at a skill floor. Inferno/tob/cox is not hard content along with anything in this game.

This isn’t a video against hlc or speedrunners which are my favorite channels to follow but everyone(guides and Reddit)makes it seem way to hard to do some content in this game especially tob where it’s impossible for new players to learn the raid or even try to join a raid. It’s hard to even think about trying tob/inferno not even attempting when you haven’t done both before.
Haha man "the constant shouting from players in raids where you mostly just click boss in a 23 year old game that uses a .6 second tick system ... over small mistakes" is so accurate, people act like the smallest mistakes are the absolute end of the world. I guess it isn't necessarily unique to OSRS, I used to raid a lot in Destiny 1 with randoms that would act similarly, still equally absurd though. That is real toxicity, trying to make people feel like shit for unintended mistakes. It is one thing if someone is intentionally trying to grief or misrepresenting themselves, but some of the most fun raiding I've had is with shit players who overcome their lack of skill to conquer the raid.

@@urm9m703 Yea this is why I've never bothered with the raid although the raid has my favourite bosses, I have the gear but the problem was always getting 3 people to do it with. Hated they never considered scaling it like the other raids to player count.

I've seen a bunch of your videos, mostly the toa related ones, and always felt like you were underestimating your skill level by not going for the so called "hard" or "real" pvm challenges. You are way better than you think (or than you thought you were before doing that kind of content). Keep it up!
There are still some advance things you could learn in toa, like baba 5:1 red x at baba, range scarab skip at kephri, wave skip at zebak, staircase and advanced bf techniques for minimizing tick loss at akkha, tick eat at obelisk, flicking melee to receive less dmg at p2 wardens, and skull skip at p3

the hardest part of tob by far is having to deal with some idiot who has ego issues

im 82 ca's away i'm not fully going for gm yet i might in the future though. Really wanna get perfect theatre and sub 65 inferno down since i think when i complete those two I can get the other ca's completed eventually

Would you like to run some Kc with me? Did around 10 Kc with a player yesterday. As long as your getting Kc up/doing mechanics of raid to learn it will get way easier to find a team.
Not sure how bad your ping is on US worlds but could still learn this raid on them when starting
Im an only mobile player. ToB is honestly veerry easy. After 3 kc, i been deathless 90% of the time now unless some missclicks happen.
What kind of tablet are you playing on? How large is the screen?
I’m playing on a iPhone 14 pro it’s 6.3 inches for height and 3 for width
I legitimately carried the old rank 1 HMT holder for her fang kit. I’ve always considered ToB easier than ToA. Every raid has advanced tactics, but when you do the raids in a non-sweaty manner, ToB is super easy. I’m just over 30 KC and have about 75% of the combat achievements done. Yes, Tobbers are elitists who think they’re the best at the game and gatekeep suuuper hard. ToA was designed by devs with this problem in mind because even they knew it was that way. That’s why the invocation system is in place. To this day ToB is my least favorite raid because of the community’s attitude about it. It’s a fucking easy raid… verzik dies in like 10 scythe hits… get over it nerds.
Tob is not difficult at base level, however there are so many things that you can learn, which I haven't seen to this extent at any other raid. Sure, you can clear a 4s money raid in 20 minutes, but if your whole team knows what they are doing, you should complete it in 14 minutes on average every time.
That’s very true tob has the most advanced mechanics out of any of the raids. I boosted a 5s GM task and the difference between a 416 raid and that(especially the gameplay from the boosters) even 416 compared to raids with a decent team are way different.
Could definitely keep improving at tob I probably wouldn’t even be at max efficiency with thousands of runs lol.
At the base level though people make it way harder than the raid actually is. Like I made this video out of how bad 416(explained more in pinned comment along with some other things) is which makes no sense since how easy the raid is to complete.
These raids on this world aren’t that different from masses on the toa world

Sure there’s no reqs I just bring people into 416 raids(rarely do raids off the world probably only 10% of the time)along with players/friends with Kc and it’s easy completions
I want to do more pve content, looking for friends :)
