Today I tested out the tumeken's shadow with a scorching bow switch to bind kril. Tumeken's shadow is slightly less dps than the bow but you don't need to bring ranging potions and can bring a saturated heart. This allows for very long trips and in this one i was able to get 161 kills. I think with bow could get 50+ kill trips without fully flicking along with the shadow but with 1 tick flick on shadow could probably get 200+ kill trips(i stopped pray flicking a lot in middle of trip but used almost no pray at beginning of trip)
Also would recommend not bringing runes out of rune pouch. I thought I’d go for a 200+ kill trip so had extra but got pretty burned out so just stopped at 6 hour l...
