- IN THIS VIDEO I HAVE ABOUT 10 HOURS OF CONTENT SHRUNK DOWN TO 30 MINUTES! I TAKE A MOSTLY STOCK RUCKUS AND DO A 12" STRETCH, COMPLETE DISC FRONT END, WHEELS, PERFORMANCE PARTS, HANDLEBARS, ETC I SET A GOAL OF TWO DAYS TO DO IT ALL.

I’m gonna find a project bike and give this another try. But not until I get a stand so I don’t have to sit on the ground or break my back. I think that will also allow me to keep parts and tools more accessible and save hours
It definitely will help.
Sic!
I’m gonna give you a valuable tip...take the bolts for the floor board and screw them into those welded nuts. Bang em with a hammer and they snap off very clean. No need for a Dremel or step bits. Literally will take you 30seconds. Feel free to send me some TRS swag for the time saving tip lmao who cares if the threads get messed up on the bolts, they are trash now anyways. You’re usually teaching me, nice that I can reciprocate the favor!
Thanks this worked great!
i like vids like this bobby, bc im thinking about building one from scratch, and just a good picture of the GET helps alot knowing what i need to get
Heck yeah man it will be a blast to watch the transformation
Nice video content. I most deff would like 2 b part of the lower & stretch rokus community. I would either like 2 Costum build my own or buy a Costum one from somewhere. By the way, does anybody, somebody tell me where they sale Costum build Honda rokus?? Also, anybody know any builders who would sale?? Hoping someone can direct me in the right way.
I do have builds for sale. What is your budget ?
Thank you for this video!!! Finally someone that goes in depth on which wiring to unplug to detach the motor from frame!!! Bravo!!! I just bought the 9.5 stretch, handle bars, and shock from TRS going to install it this week! im excited! just wished people would go a lil more in depth of the actual detachment process!! which you did so thank you.. P.S. you should do more 49cc GET videos..
Thank you if I get another I will
Nice job dude! This thing is simple and clean so far. ✌🏻
Thank you sir.
I saw this in my IG feed at work and COULD NOT WAIT to get home to see it. You didn't disappoint. Great vids as always, brother! Keep it up!
I appreciate this thank you man it’s good to hear
wheels, howmuch?
Dang! I wish I had this video when I was building mine! Lol rad video man! 🤙
Thank you sir
Love the vid hopefully more ruckus builds
I’m trying to sell my black one so I can do more of them from the ground up
May I ask what exhaust pipe you used as well as which 2bro exhaust can?
That’s all two brothers. Just had to modify it
hey Bobby how much would someone get a stock ruckus for to begin their journey? it could be an old one i don't care. what would u recommend someone should look for? (year/prices)
Any ruckus after 2006. I’d say it would be roughly 1200-1500 for a good one. Try Facebook marketplace.
Are there any stretch kits that don’t lower the bike?
6.5 is probably the one you want
I Did almost the exact same build on around march. how am i just seeing this!!
Hahaha awesome!
Burnout Bobby your tune up video on the Tiffany blue bike helped me out big time was struggling with a doctor pully clutch I put on lost all mid range and top end could go up hills. Put the stick clutch back in with new pads put the stock belt back on and even at 250ish lbs I’m holding down 43-45 depending on the wind. Compared to the 36 And now doing 38 up hill instead of 28. Big big help!
That’s what I like to hear. Less is more with these! Congrats man.
I'm about to buy a raw titled ruckus frame to do a ground up build just because of your build and watching you work with Motonosity. Absolutely amazing work my dude!
Awesome. It’s a great feeling when it’s done. You have to show progress pictures
Most certainly man!! Gotta finish my show car build first, or at least get it rolling and build both. Lol
David Chroninger it’s hard when there’s options like that hahaha
@@burnoutbobby what's your IG? I'd love to give you a follow.
David Chroninger therealburnoutbobby
Do you have a video for the stretch kit only?
The ruck shop does under 49cc videos
Ok thank you for the info.
Sorry to bother again I don’t see that at The Ruck Shop web . I see a pdf file but not a video!!
It’s their RUclips
Nice job, mine has 7600 on it and I changed filter and plug now it bogs, probably the plug😊
It may be the filter. You could have a small vacuum leak
@@burnoutbobby I got a 2014 filter since that's what they had online, I have a 2016 I think it might be thinner,thanks
cooln collective it’s the same from 2013-2020. There’s a thin rubber gasket that could be pinched in the airbox
@@burnoutbobby thanks all I needed😊
I watched this while pooping
thanks friend for your video I would like to know how to vary are the measures of the added support of the engine and here you can send a scheme with its dimensions
It’s all from theruckshop.com
Do you still carry those wheels?
Steve Nguyen no we don’t. Douglas stopped making these about a year ago. They discontinued them so they can’t be found unless used.
Savage video. Awesome content.
Thank you
Thanks I will be in touch you really sold me
Where can one that get shirt? I ruck on the first date 😂😂
Og shirt it’s on the ruck shop site lol
Wish we could of seen the handle bar clip but over all awesome video
You and me both. Can’t believe I thought I hit record. It is what it is.
Burnout Bobby lol shit happens man 8 hr run on that and did a lot
That Hotlap Norimaki! Guess I'm not the only one with it now though!
They are slowly becoming more popular we have been selling them more and more. I love it. Good choice!
Yes they are pretty amazing pieces! My Zoomer is the one on their website photos in fact. Love the videos, keep them coming!
That’s awesome yeah we had to search for it to find it when I was putting it on the site.
Question for the pcv hoses do you know were it connects to ,? I forgot where it goes
Best way is to pull up stock pictures of the ruck. I don’t have any to show unfortunately
Alright, I like that wheel a lot, how much for that wheel and a matching front?
Dwt stopped making them 3 years ago. They no longer exist
Burnout Bobby that’s a shame. Such a clean look! I’m gonna come by trs when all this corona stuff is over with and check out what’s in stock for wheel setups.
There’s not much at all. What you can add to the cart is what we have. Maybe 2 wheels for 49cc. That’s about it. Dwt who makes the wheels shut down in December to relocate in California and they stopped producing wheels so no ruckus shops have any. They won’t start producing them again till end of May. So chances are we won’t have them till June.
Lemme ask you a question...since your the ruckus guru...I could put that rim on my bike without stretching it if I wanted to? I bought all my parts from TRS...already have a hot lap so I’m not worried bout the exhaust. I don’t want to do a stretch yet.
No you need the fatty stretch for it to work because you need the offset of the motor that the mount gives. Otherwise you wheel will sit too far to the right of the bike and you’ll have a rough ride
Ughhh thanks for the reply brother...you’ve helped me so much thru the shop email and now here. Appreciate all the help...nothing ever works in my favor lmao! Thinking I’ll just have to get a rim set to keep it factory length...I live in NJ and the streets are rough...plus drivers here aren’t so patient, keeping the wheel base short maybe a better option for me to keep it nimble for the maniac drivers here.
Anytime man. You can still rock a 12x5 and look good I did a build like that in the past it came out great. Try that look
sir can i ask what size for the mag wheels do you used for ruckus
12x4 front and 12x8 rear
My American idol
Hahahaha
I need help with my scooter. Just put a big bore kit in and it start with the stock cdi but only goes 5-10mph. And when I put performance cdi in it won't start at all. Someone help me plz
What scooter is it
Its a Tao Tao atm50-a1
and it won't start when I have the no rev cdi on it. It only starts with the stock but goes very slow
I don’t work on those motors so I don’t know exactly sorry
Spark, fuel, and air. Make sure you're getting all 3. Also, check your throttle cable slack. Did you set the valve lash on the new head?
how much would this cost? wish I had the know how and confidence lol Im trying!
Depends how far in to it you want to go. People base it off their budget
Get er done smoky burnout
Not thevh
Not the hack and slash
How 8 pole stator working
Working fine now that I put a new one in
How much does that whole upgrade kit cost?
Depends how far you go. This guy had about 2k

Lake Gibson raid
,baby steps.bro bro
Don’t know what you are talking about
@@burnoutbobby take it slow player
Did he not break in the engine yet? Practically new with all those mods. I'm at 104 on the odometer but waiting will 600 to reach over 38mph.
You break in these motors with how your going to ride it. We have had probably thousands of people put the mods on the minute they bring the bike home. The first mistake is Honda overfills every bike with oil from the dealer. So we always tell people do that first oil change soon.
@@burnoutbobby I'ma ride the hell out of it with full throttle every day. Should I send it? Yeah, I'm hoping to pass by the dealership today and pick up Honda Motorcycle oil.
@@thebehemoth1998 I would do the next 100 miles of 20-30 second spans of wide open then back off for a little then get back into it and let er eat
@@burnoutbobby it be hard with the traffic but I'll see what happens. I gotta get the pulley mod and maybe an exhaust with a carb to go faster. Or maybe just pulley and cdi. Kinda want to keep the fuel economy.
Do the stage 1 then. It’s basically what you’re looking for
