xQc invents his own Game Show, Share or Yoink. A game of whit and deception. Two viewers compete for thousands of xQc's dollars - if they both decide to share the prize they split it, if one decides to share but the other yoinks then the yoinker gets the entire prize. If they both decide to yoink they get nothing. Let the games begin.

This game needs a counter card option or something, basically there needs to be an option to call out an opponents claim of share and call their bluff. So essentially you can still win a full $1000 by claiming you know they are picking steal. Thumb up so XQC can see.

@@EggyWeggyIII no. Everyone knew Steal was the more advantageous play but the unknown was the battle of selfishness vs selflessness. I’m not sure why Golden Balls (the show) was cancelled, but I doubt it was that.

My take on this is to always steal because if the steal too, then that’s just too bad but it would feel worse if you would’ve walked away with nothing while they got something. While splitting you either only get half the amount compared to the full amount in scenario 1 if they split.

For the first game, the guy in red according to his logic, 1k or nothing, or 500 or nothing, if they both followed that logic, they would both choose yoink, and not get anything, but the thing is they could share it and get some. That's how I see it

But why would you ever pick 'share'? If your opponent picks 'share' you have the option of winning 500$ with 'share' or 1000$ with 'yoink' and if your opponent picks 'yoink' you don't get any money no matter what you choose. So the whole concept of this game show is: maybe you win 1000$, maybe not, but in case you do win, do you want to give 500$ away to this random person you never met before? And I mean, why would you? Even if you wanna play good samaritan it would be better to get the full 1000$ and later give away 500$ of those to some random beggar on the streets who actually needs the money instead of this random decently well of dude you met on a game show.
X the game is supposed to be played in rounds, you should do first round for 100, 2nd for 200 and 3rd for 300 but once one person yoonks it's gg

This is probably my favorite of the new "gameshows". The actual game is pretty basic, but i like that he is actually bringing in viewers and people who could actually use the money. Its risky because someone can say one word and just end his stream, but i like that X is doing this.

It’s really odd. I really can’t see the viewpoint of yoink. I guess that’s what makes the game work.
Yoinking is the ideal choice here. What you need to do is to downplay it and make the other guy go share. In this way one guy will get the money or possible both. You don't want a situation to prompt both participants to steal both as that would be 0$ on both parties.
It is like split or steal gameshow.
When you choose split, you put yourself at the mercy of the other person. You really can't trust someone you've known for 5 minutes, and he would rather take advantage of them than be taken advantage of.

Only 3 minutes into it but anytime this scenario comes up I always say steal because no matter what you can't lose. Either you get it all or no one gets anything. You don't wanna be the guy to get scammed.

I hope at the end of the day you understand the whole concept which is that everybody should steal, 100% of the time. You ONLY ever get money if the OTHER person shares- and when they do share, you get twice as much when you steal. By sharing you are giving a stranger $500 (of your 1000 if you just stole). You need to lie your ass off to somehow convince the other person to share, when in fact it never does
@@jaguar4118 Yeah this is the only reasonable way to play the game. You can try and be kind and share but there is no point if you can't guarantee the other person would also do that. Even if you both share that's 500 less. I'd say the game itself is pretty flawed since the best option is always to steal.

In a personal sense you will statistically make more by yoinking (assuming the majority of people share) but in the grand scheme of things it is a net loss. It's similar to people who steal radios by breaking a car window. A 100$ profit for 300$ in damages, but oh well.

There is no such things as fair game for the participants since both of them lose or gain money.

What you have to do is tell the other person that you're going to yoink no matter what, and that you'll give them a small portion of the 1k if they split. This basically forces them to split if they want any money at all. Now if you're a good guy you can deceive the other person and split here because now you guarentee that the opponent will split and both of you will end up getting money. Or if you want more money you can actually follow through and yoink and then give them the small amount that you promised (or give them nothing at all)
