  • One chick ventured about halfway down the gutter, marking the beginning of many gutter stomps soon to come. When Mum arrived with prey, the wandering chick quickly returned to the nest box. The 3 chicks lined up neatly and reached for each bite in a synchronized food fest.

    The little naughty explorer has taken the first step towards independence...and his/her brothers/sisters will soon follow him/her, because they were watching him/her very interested.....And now the fun of the "wild" races in the canal will begin and we will have to keep both cameras open so as not to miss the scene...Thanks SK for this adorable video!!

    Congratulations, floof #1 on your gutter stomp debut. It was adorable how floof #1 looked back at floof #2 and #3 and they all looked to be encouraging each other with a nod. Thank you for leaving the food grab in place - a symmchronised swim team could not have done any better! 🥰🐥🐥🐥🐦🐦🌈

    These little babes are getting big. It looked like #1 was modeling a fur coat on the runway. So floofy and cute. Let’s hope they understand which edge to avoid! Thank you! ❤

    The other 2 were encouraging him on so he’d getter another telling off when mom came back, lol. Mom just shrugs, ‘well you got yourself down there, so now you can get yourself back up’, which, of-course he did, food was on the table, 😂😂😂. Thanks SKH, just adorable❤

    Do they ever just walk off the edge? I get nervous watching them leave the nest 😬

      They do not. Their sense of self-preservation is fierce. Just wait till they start wingercising on the edge! 😬

    Tenho notado como a mãe tem deixado eles sozinhos muito tempo. Isso é normal?

    • @yoyollama5194
      @yoyollama5194 15 часов назад +2

      Sim, é um comportamento normal. Eles conseguem se manter aquecidos/frescos agora, então não precisam tanto da proteção dela.
      (Yes, it's normal behaviour. They are able to keep themselves warm/cool now, so don't need her protection so much. )
