Simon is a likeable character It’s amazing how after such a long sentence in which he could have lost his mind he remained mentally strong and has turned his life around for the better.

That bit at the end where there talking about his clothing and how he's helping to sponsor his people in the Caribbean was what I needed to hear! as I'm in the process of starting my own clothing brand! The way he said the fulfilment he gets from that is more than any fulfilment he got from road has inspired me because my family background is from the Caribbean and I've done my little bits on road and what not so that all resonates deep with me and gives me hope that this legal thing can really do wonders. Big up to both of you!

I myself am 35, grew up in East London, Manor Park, East Ham, Hitz reminds of my elders bare love for this brother!
Back in my days in the ends there was nothing for us apart from everyone fighting everyone, lot of money to be made off the streets, i got involved, what you dont know is that back in them times the ELDERS would make sure you dont sell anything on the road etc any crime full stop and man this brings me memories, the brothers that used to make us get off the roads were either killed, or in jail, so yeah man this one hit right with the nail in coffin.
Back in our times our families came from overseas and were poor, now we are further into generation, so to everyone reading this, be patient, dont take foot of the pedal, work hard put in the time but dont do madness on road to give your time somewhere else.
Knowledge-Work Ethic- Drive-Ambition-Vision-Sacrifices is your success.

Bro I was in jail 2008 times and what he says about being on edge on point 100% I seen some mad shit o seen a man dove head first off a landing and his head popped bro cuz he couldn’t handle it and had mental health issues I seen people get burned with sugar water. People get stabbed.
So happy I got out of that lifestyle and got a family nice home kids good job now and so happy for you bro these podcasts are inspirational.
Getting hit up with a pp9 ,used to be hot oil .the sugar thing used to be for the numbers freaks .glad to see another get there head bck on straight .it always felt like you where trying to get somewhere but now the youth dnt even try getting the cash flow. You learn the hard way its all the same bit roap you're attached too 💯
I'm from whitley in Reading and crossed paths with Simon and ill tell u this he's being very modest this guy is real deal and was always different. I’ve always said I can’t watch these type of podcasts..(don’t know why) but hearing them talk about Leroy hit me. I did some bird with him (Leroy) back in 05 I think, very true what they are saying about him… proper guy… always wanted to take his son to the World Cup in 06
Just what I needed. Feeling run down from flu symptoms (not covid) which is not great at the beginning of the new year. So this was a great Motivational booster to reset the mind. Loving the work he is doing in St. Vincent 🇻🇨. Great podcast. Keep up the positive vibes.
15 mins into this podcast and it’s already really interesting but you realise that hitz was actually seriously about it back then because if you listen to his old podcasts he does say some youts had an issue and came to him for a ting and they must have been 14 but he said nah because they too young etc.. i would assume he was talking about ghost… like how all these podcasts link up and tie in together, needs way more recognition

Bro the piece about the mum reminds me when one of the brothers was on remand looking at life he was a juvenile, I would take his mum on the bus to next town for visits and she would put pieces of chicken in crip packets for him and we would both smugle them in and when o would say we could get court let me take 5hem ..she would say no I will do it he is my son ❤!!that's why when anybody is in trouble or pain u call and remember your mum and your god!!!! Simon is a blessed spirit, having done some time behind bar's with him. I can honestly say having been around him for a couple off year's....
I always know a person by their spirit, the energy they possess...
When your young, and influenced by older people who can see and influence a young mind that is not fully developed.
At the time you will believe that they have your best intentions. Until your incarcerated reflecting on your life decisions.
Some choose to reflect and use their time to change their lifestyle and mindset. In those environments, and circumstances.
Trust me it takes real determination and focus, not to get distracted to stay with your old mind-set...💯
I could always tell the mindsets off those around me. And can honestly say Simon was one off those, on the same mind-set as myself.
A positive attitude of self reflection, and working on yourself (mental well being) using the resources available to change your life.
So when you return back into the community, your mentally equipped and focused. To integrate back into society.
We all make mistakes in life...💯

You could get more of insight into Ghost's training regime and more about his life through the gym. He could also tell some more stories about how gym has helped him. All in all great podcast. Man said if this blows I want my grand back loooool
Ghost should start a RUclips channel and Vlog his training, diet and competition preps. He would only need 1k subs and 4k views to start monetising his channel. It would create an alternative income for him and his family in the future.

Just got on to the channel great content bro,.. real thing 💯 I can’t believe what it must of been like for Simon, first time in jail and getting double figures,.. he should use that in some way to help the youngers realise they really don’t know what they are getting into really,.. I’ve been in hull block with bronson,.. safe guy show’s that they truly think they can imprison anyone for anything forever if they want ,.. those places full Sutton woodhill are sad places where people are broken putting on a front,.. no matter how much of a G you are or think you are
