I love this and the other thing is basses on your life style I truly believe that this is a place you go to have stability and the laws are to help keep safe and clean way of living. And hey if you can live in NY city and pay for a hot box in Manhattan or cold box most of the year this should be a pice of cake.

Okay, now I feel guilty I gave such Kudos to another You Tuber on Dubai. Excellent video in all respects. First, as travel is a passion of mine, I have learned and am grateful for that basic respect for culture of Country you are a guest in will strongly affect a more positive experience in all areas for me. The information I have searched for myself is overall very positive. I also believe for some things, like why, imo, these myths about Dubai continue, like an 'urban legend' here in the States is not the wisest place for me to invest my energy. You even mentioned to avoid the negative people. Common sense I believe. I would / will filter my thoughts before I speak to ensure none the bad data / information I think I have received becomes an awkward statement. Selfish really. I don't like looking ridiculous.

Is it an appropriate place to run business (a gym)? I know it is tax friendly, but is it easy to deal with local authorities to set things up? Bureaucracy, bribery, corruption, hypocricy. Any of those prevail?

I used to live there. No where near as bad as Doha, Oman would have to be my country of choose. is fake plastic full of chancers and superficial. It really is. No culture to appreciate just modern architecture that is built on modern day slavery. Yes yes... 200USD goes a long way when sent back to mother countries of the labour force. So 200 a month... Come on show the on love.... That is not it. And if you ain't part of the solution you arw part of the problem.

Indian Hindu temples existed in UAE even before UAE was established.
Sweety if you travel to Syria or Iraq and stay there for a while there will be no more wars and killings. No one would attack you for sure. Being beautiful, speaking English with such a lovely accent and being smart at the same time are not qualities all of us possess 😇
