A novice lifter would be someone who rapidly makes progress on their lifts, known as "beginner gains", an intermediate lifter is someone who is still getting stronger just more linearly rather than the exponential gains in the latter group. An advanced lifter is someone who has trouble becoming stronger and is on a plateau or has plateaued. This is opposed to the idea that there are specific numbers that make you a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter.
I always do all sorts of planks before training. But I did it just because I felt more stable after basically sitting all day. It's nice to see that it has some positive research behind this :)
Do you think Joyner is going to blow up like J.Cole or Kendrick ? He's technical even when he does the triple flow you can understand what hes actually saying plus his songs are concept driven. Merry Christmas Jonnie!
Hey+CanditoTrainingHQ would you ever program/coach someone who is a lot frequency trainer?? I'm curious, because you train with much higher frequency than some guys can tolerate, and some coaches I think can push their own ways onto their clients, and it may not be the best approach. I for instance only squat n pull HEAVY eow. It's just what works
question i had shoulder surgery 2 years ago just been slowly getting back to benching heavy again took my time but my left side seems to be getting bigger than my right noticeably ive tried squeezing and bending the bar but still my left side is feeling more fatigued any idea what i should do?

The PNS will feel saw and red and will quickly get longer if trained properly
