Brandon Montour is amazing but I also want to shout out Chandler Stephenson! Seemed like he was on the ice or involved in every goal. Looking like two solid pickups this offseason. GO KRAKEN!
Apparently, Trotz was blinded by the surprise success the Preds had with the 2023 offseason signings of O'Reilly and Nyqvist. As a result he attempted to fast track the franchise's return to contender status by signing even more expensive players on the wrong side of 30 yrs. Turns out you can't get away with cheating on the aging curve. Who woulda thought?
It can' t be the way that Jussi Saros has to SAVE the team EVERY SINGLE NIGHT , to have ANY chance to get ANY points. He made here several big saves, but even that did not help any. I start loosing my faith on Barry Trotz . It seems that he took a too big slice of the trading cake. The team seems to choke on it.

Saros,is a very very good goaltender,having played the position,for over twenty years ,not at the pro level,this man is Amazing,the speed of the game has evolved so much,in the last decade alone!He deserves praise not ridicule!
