Don't worry, there's no backdoor access codes.
But if there was (which there isn't) I'm sure they'd only give it out for a good reason and they would definitely make sure the organization or individual they give them too are definitely who they say they are.

Not sure if you know the liberty gun safe lore but I have a quick summary of you’re curious. They were contacted by a government agency because they needed to get into a suspects privately owned safe. Liberty complied and sent them the master code for that model and the entirety of the 2A community boycotted liberty after that. There’s a lot of RUclips videos of people destroying these safes because of this incident.

Now you know why soldiers who were carrying flame throwers were typically targeted first. You could shoot a jet of flame into a bunker and not only would you torch people inside, but it could eat up all the oxygen and suffocate them. There were some tanks that were equipped with flamethrowers, too, and they had even farther range.
If I remember right; modern flamethrowers were originally designed in WWI as a counter to tanks. There's an ancient torture method called the "brazen bull" and the flamethrower would basically do the same thing to tanks of that era.

Someone mentioned the crack sound from the suppressed rifle was probably from the impacts, but it's actually the bullet zipping through the air faster than sound creating a little sonic boom, just like how the end of a whip goes faster than sound to create the whip crack noise.

    • @General_Weebus
      @General_Weebus Месяц назад +4

This is correct. The only way for suppressors to make the kind of sounds you hear in games and movies is by using subsonic ammo

That flamethrower is why the war in the Pacific was so horrid, the Japanese wouldn't surrender so they sent in troops with these to drive them out of caves. Game flamethrowers are never accurate when it comes to replicating things. Just wait until Rosie gets the part of his channel that's just insane hand cannons if she was shocked by the 500.

10:34 Buffalo Bore is just a brand name. Like Coke or Pepsi. "50 AE" is the name of the bullet. Kinda like when people say 45 ACP or 9mm. It's also the caliber, or size, of the round. Think of the bullets Diameter. 0.50 caliber. "350 Grain" is the weight of the bullet. Instead of using ounces or grams, it's standard to measure a bullets weight in Grains. Full Metal Jacket is how THIS bullet is constructed, or, kind of what it is made of. Full Metal Jacket is a softer lead projectile, surrounded by, or, 'Jacketed' by a harder metal. Often Copper, brass, or a mix of other metals. Thats why it has the orange/brown color. Glad you're getting into the gun stuff. Vtuber gun reaction videos are some of my favorite content :)

Real flamethrowers have a long range because the propellant they launch is usually a liquid or gel so it doesn't break up in the air and the weight carries it. Plus the propellant sticks to/soaks into the target causing it to continue burning. Movie flamethrowers are always short range and have the big plume because they burn propane gas which makes a nice big flame but doesn't go far and doesn't stick to targets like jungle jelly (napalm) does.

If you were curious Rosie, I don't think I saw it answered from your streams chat at the time, but SCAR is an abbreviation of course which it is short for Special Operations Forces (S) Combat Assault Rifle (CAR). Yeah, Firearms manufacturers have some very unique names and methods to their naming schemes so it certainly can get very confusing.

10:30 "we're gonna be loaded up with Buffalo bore, 50AE..."
Rosie: "I don't know what that means..."
Buffalo bore is the type of bullet.
50 calibur (the size of the bullet, 50 cal is huge..) Action Express.
Full metal Jackets (FMJ) are a type of bullet that tends to have higher penetration/stopping power. You can have different style of bullet types, like normal, Hollow point, full metal jacket, ect.
    Hope that Helps. Lol ^,.,^
Also, Desert Eagles are absolutely not small. They're bigger than most handguns...

I won't pretend to speak to Scott's specific gun, and certainly not to take anything away from RUclips's Recoil King, but most .50 BMG despite everything don't tend to have much felt recoil. This is due in large part to what is called a muzzle break.
How it works is by letting the gas that propels the bullet is let out from the sides of the muzzle break. It uses Newton's law, "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." By this principle is where most recoil comes from.
But With the muzzle break, the gas is not going forward, but out the sides. So instead of the energy distribution being (^^^^^/vvvvv)*, it's now (/>>v
