So refreshing to hear sound doctrine being preached.
In John 17:3 Jesus said: “And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”
Life eternal is to know the “only true God, and Jesus Christ”.
Grace be with you, and peace from God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

I’m on my third time watching this. It’s filled with gems. It contains a great deal of sound reasoning. I’m so grateful. Thank you Andy.

I am glad you openly admit Christ is not eternal in nature just like the Father but had a beginning. To normal people having a beginning means you are created and not eternal. Splicing hairs about the difference between being created and begotten is simply conjecture on your part. It is unprovable biblically and through the Spirit of Prophecy. There is no way to biblically prove this by the Greek. Genetics is a physical phenomenon and not a spiritual or moral issue.
The Bible infers that the nation of Israel is also God’s begotten son.
Numbers 11:12 “Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?”
In this verse begotten has nothing to do with genetics or having the same nature as God. Sadly, Israel was not a faithful son to God.
In the context of scripture Jesus was the only begotten Son of God, because He alone lived a perfect life in human flesh. He was and is perfectly holy just as the Father always has been perfect and holy. From birth to death no sin was found in Jesus! That is why after He was resurrected, He was declared to the universe to be God’s only begotten Son. See Acts 13:33.
In conclusion, Jesus was God's only begotten Son not because they were a genetic match but a spiritual and moral match. "Genetically" Jesus may have, according to the S.O.P., given up His omnipresence. That would mean they are not "genetically" equal. Hope this helps someone.
    God bless brother!

thank you for this insight.many have different opinions that's true your explanation is very clear.i agree.i do want to point out that in the beginning was the word the word was with God and the word was God.also Jesus says I was one as brought up with God.now we don't know when the beginning was or when Jesus was brought forth from God but it says distinctly he was always there.im not looking for an answer to that.i just believe it

    Peace be with you.
This is I saw in every human who believes in God, the creator of everything as in everything. Even if we are called the son of God, the truth, we are all created.
Every believers think the book of Genesis is the start of the creation of God.
They don't realize it only about the seen not the unseen. Because of that They think because the Father is there in the beginning, the Son also in the beginning, they think the Son also has no beginning. That is why they believe in the Trinity and Oneness concept.
Trinity is a simple but effective tactic of satan to deny the teaching of Jesus about his Father. His Father is the only true God, the creator of everything.

The angel whom God sent to become the Messiah is termed God's only begotten son. John 3:16 is Jesus' own admission.
Also called the Firstborn of all creation. Colossians 1:15.
Firstborn means other sons of God followed his creation.
All the angels are sons of God. Job 1:6.

Jesus is the first and the last creation of God, because Jesus is the beginning of the creation of God and he is also the last because through him all are created.
