    You should make a vanilla ice cream soap if you havent already. Like, the whole bottom part uses vanilla fragrence oil that turns it a deep brown and it has some exfoliators in it, and the high top is slightly off-white with little flecks in it that look like vanilla beans! And then for decorations on top it would have a soap vanilla flower and bean pod

    • @marisu9765
      @marisu9765 6 лет назад

      She has made mermaid soap using the spoon texture technique before and pretty recently actually... Search for 'Mermaid Soap with Textured Mica Lines | #12DaysofSoapmas'
      However, she used it to make it look like choppy ocean waves on that soap, not scales. I do agree it could easily form a scale appearance. It could also be used to make a soap themed after any scaly reptile or any habitat with scaly reptiles. In particular, I think turtles or snakes could make a beautiful soap theme.

      Great idea!!! I think someone Asian will have to send in the design, so Katie doesn't get accused of cultural appropriation

      @@revinaque1342 surely you mean Chinese.
      Bit ridiculous to think it's cultural appropriation and then say "Asian"

      I was going to ask when someone said zodiac, but then I thought, maybe I'm the only one interested. But I'm not alone! Hoping if she does, she will do ram and not sheep, as my lady identifies with that more.

    Not to throw shade, but your definition is not “picky”. Actually, everything fits in your definition. “From nature or extracted from something from nature”
    Even plastic can be fit this definition: plastic is extracted from earth oils, wich occur naturally. In the end, everything comes from nature.
    Again, I’m not trying to throw shade or anything, I just wanted to draw attention to how hard it is, to find a definition for natural.

    STUNNING! Please do more soaps like this!!!
    I react to almost all fragrance oils and can't have glitter, so most of your soaps are off limits to me. Looking forward to buying this one!!

    Normally don't comment but i just had to katie. Lol. I have experienced both of the ailments from you question. Ageusia, is what loosing your sense of taste is called and it is absolute hell! We dont realize how much we rely on taste to release certain chemicals in your brain. Loosing your sense of taste can swing you into a very deep depression. Im very glad to say that after 8 months living like that i finally got it back.On the other hand, my father is color blind and i was when i was younger, i magically grew out of it, and i think it has enhanced my understanding of color and how to manipulate the eye with it. Lol. Handy when your an artist! Www.mountainmorningart.com! Anyway, I LOVE your vids even tho i dont make soap. LoL. You make me want to try. Bless you and your family you gorgeous goddess!!!

    I love the way you describe the "un-regulatedness" (not sure that's actually a word) of the term natural, and yes, I am feeling the hairdo!! I remember the days of being a toddler's mommy; not a lot of time for complicated hair! You look fabulous, and the soap is beautiful as always!!

    Hi, my mom and I are big fans and she told me when watching this (as a suggestion) to mix Wintergreen and Lemon essential oils. it smells like old fashioned lemon drop candies. She's a massage therapist so she works with LOTS of different essential oils. Love this soap and can't wait for it to come on sale.

    I loved this one! I really enjoy the brightly colored soaps with glitter and all that jazz but there was something so refressing about this one!
    Btw, I stumbled across your channel by accident and now am addicted. I binge watch by myself, with my husband and/or with my 5 year old. Thanks for doing what you love!
