yea but HOW do we meet those people? and where? when you look on meetup.com you'll probably meet people who are starting off themselves and who are not rich. i thought to go to polo or golf tounaments, or go to fancy car meetups. what ideas do you guys have?

Actually, I tried to elevate my standards those days by attending seminars & networking events where I can exchange with successful people. Whenever I talked with someone, just praising its job & expertise, I received a "thank you" and a smile. But when I explained my own expertise and how I try to help people on a daily basis to build their digital strategy, they automatically tried to connect with me. The right approach is SOOO important, you are very right.

Then see how you can help them with that, whether it's promoting them or helping them to reach more people or help people, etc... and then you'll get on their radar and they might even reach out to you.

You could try joining a Toastmasters club. It tends to attract a lot of successful and ambitious people.
