    How would you like to feel AWESOME all the time?
    Better yet, how would you like to be able to eradicate emotional states such as feelings of depression, anger, sadness, loneliness, fear, doubt, negativity, and anything else that might be holding you back in your life?
    We all have a DEFAULT way of being. This is our "emotional home".
    This default state consists of the emotions that we consistently condition most frequently. The more that you access certain emotional states, the more you're conditioning that to be your default way of being.
    Emotions can be habitual. As the saying goes, "We are what we repeatedly do everyday." We are also what we repeatedly FEEL!
    In this video blog, I share with you how to change your DEFAULT STATE and how to feel awesome all the time. I'll show you how to break your pattern of destructive emotions and explain why you feel the way that you do.

    It's important that we consistently keep things in front of us that are important to us.
    Something that's huge in this is having an enormous goal to always strive for every day, and make sure our diet is clean and healthy to enable us to stay productive.

    i have a lot of emotion, a zest and positive outlook.. and express them..my husband does not express his and is a very quiet person.. this has become an issue where it brings me down and feel i have to keep my thoughts and feeling to my self.. this is a hard thing to overcome as it is making me negative. and i have to try really hard to be full of zest and happy like i used to. i feel that my conditioning is changing to the negative. Getting him on board to be a happier person and in touch with his emotions is necessary for us to be a "happy" couple again. overcoming hardships in life is easier for some than others and he had some recent hardships that were devistating. Balance and time and a morning ritial may help him.

    Hey Stefan, great video! I totally understand the reasoning behind this for sure. I'm a Tony Robbins fan and I've been following you for years too and I love and respect your work. However I cant help but wonder what happens by not fully feeling those negative emotions a person may experience from time to time, in the moment. From a spiritual/holistic perspective I believe we are emotional beings and ALL emotions need to be felt and acknowledged. There needs to be a flow if we really want to fully transcend the negative states we experience (our shadow side) rather than acting as though those parts of us do not really exist. I don't mean to live in constant negativity is necessary but it is important we acknowledge our pain and consciously allow those feelings to come up and be released through a spiritual practice like meditation. I just wondered what your thoughts on this was? Thanks so much for your videos! :)

    Good Video and I agree because I am also more in the pleasure Zone most of the time (although I have times/ days where I'm the complete opposite). I dont have morning Rituals because I'm a grumpy Person in the morning but I have evening rituals (meditating for example) - so will this morning ritual thingy you offer make me more of a morning Person? excuse my Bad english :)
