Made me tear up when he won the title, and it made me tear up seeing it again just now. Impossible not to root for, Glover.
Man I share this feeling with you! My wife and I have not missed an UFC event in over 12 years! When Glover won the title I literally cried in shear happiness for Glover and his team! Although this is a great short documentary that gives a glimpse into reality for a fighter from outside the states, we will never know what he and many others actually went through to get where they are today! Keep up the good work making these short documentary’s! They are Gold for us MMA Junkies like myself and others!

Glover had already passed his prime by the time he made it to the UFC and still is a Hall of famer top 20 all time. I believe he would have had a legendary championship run if he came 4-5 years earlier.
Nah JBJ was already there. 2 Glovers wasn't going to beat JBJ and whatever he was on. Still super happy he made it to the top even if it was short lived. Glover is an awesome human.
Glover couldve taken the title off of shogun. Shows how amazing JBJ is. Glover grabbed the title once Bones left as a old man.

I got to meet Glover, briefly, several years ago. Even in that short time, it was obvious that he was a genuine and sincere person. Hes the only fighter that I have been a fan of after meeting them instead of before, and I cried happy tears when he got the gold.
Also, when I met him he was THICC. I dont have a huge reach but I could barely get my arm around his shoulders.
How can you not respect this man.. what a man.. I was so so happy for him when he won the title! You can never take that away from him.. mad respect Glover.. 🙏🏻

Glover comes across as an amazing person, with a never say die mentality. I would love to bump into Glover someday and tell him how much his career and finally winning the belt at 42 meant to me and my boys who watched all his UFC fights. It's such an inspirational story, that seeing this cartoon had me tearing up for Glover again.
I'm not one to cry over sports, but I bawled when Glover got the belt. Couldn't have happened to a better guy.
